I have struggled with my weight my entire life. By the time I hit my mid-50s, the confusion about which "expert" to listen to was overwhelming, and the Hashimoto’s disease made the weight gain feel absolutely unstoppable. I thought I had finally found the answer when I met Pippa. I lost 18kg following her guidance, and it felt effortless. But then life got stressful, and every single kilo came creeping back.
Thinking I knew it all by now, I tried to lose it again on my own. I failed. It turns out that knowing what to do and actually breaking those deep-seated patterns are two completely different battles.

She is just there to remind me, yet again, which foods destroy my progress, which times I should be eating, and how to survive a dinner party without ruining my week. They are such simple, obvious things. If they are so obvious, why can’t I just do them on my own?

I refuse to take expensive drugs to fix this. I want to learn how to eat properly forever. But after 50 years of eating badly, I still can’t trust myself. I am now scheduling check-ins with her every three weeks just to force myself into a routine, because left to my own devices, I fail every time.

Pippa may have "saved my life" in theory, but the reality is that I am still a hostage to my own bad habits. I am heading toward diabetes and illness, and no matter how much help I get, I wonder if I will ever truly be free.

Pippa has saved my life really - I was heading down a road to diabetes and illness but through learning to care for my body - I think things look a whole heap different. I can't really begin to explain how much Pippa has changed my life. Working with Pippa has been one of the best things I have ever done. Following treatment for breast cancer I wanted to give my body the best chance of moving forward on a healthy path. I have lost weight without pills or injections. Just healthy eating of delicious fresh foods. I have learnt what and when to eat along with how to add an easy to follow exercise plan. I look and feel the best I have in ages and am the same weight three months after finishing the program. I would highly recommend.

Paid for access to online content and twelve private consultations with the nutritionist. Received fittness videos that I cannot access (you need an instagram account). The online videos were made in lock down and are available on YouTube.
Unfortunately could not proceed with the private consultations due to ill health, therefore ask for a refund and was told that owe the online content and that they put my accounton hold until I can proceed.
In short I paid alot of money with no sign of a refund, and the have not replied to my last email.
