You are completely the right mix of professional and knowledgeable. The package you selected was perfect for me. It was great having the daily treatments – and did a few different ones. I would have ummed and ahhed about it if they weren’t included so was great just to have the decision made… Same to include dinner – super easy to just order what I wanted and not even think about the cost. It really is a very special place you selected for me and I came home relaxed and rejuvenated. Our family think you are amazing at your job and will definitely be in touch when I am booking my next wellness retreat!

We have booked a number of trips, including wellness oriented trips with Samantha. Her depth of knowledge, first hand experience and ability to cater bespoke travel to suit us is what brings us back to her year after year. Nicolle was so helpful with organising my fitness retreat to Bali. It is my first experience undertaking a trip away on my own to focus on my personal health and well-being. Nicolle was able to organise additional days at the resort beyond what is the standard time and was also able to put my mind at ease regarding some of my insecurities in undertaking this adventure by happily providing advice and examples that has made me feel good about being slightly self indulgent.
