Poor quality, damaged, customer service non existent
I received a damaged, broken, poor quality item. Customer service is an automated message and emails and Facebook posts were ignored.
I was not offered a replacement even though the company is obliged to offer it.
They also state that returns have to be paid for by the customer but at no point do you have to tick during the sales process to accept these terms and conditions.
I took it to Paypal who said I was entitled to a refund. But I would still have had to post it back at my own cost (large item of furniture) and would not be offered a replacement item.
Poor quality, the drawers are just shoddily whitewashed boxes in a broken frame - no runners for the drawers and handles coming off. Cheap wood. Looks nothing like the website!
I would advise anyone to stay away from this company. Very unprofessional

Bathroom cabinet !
I bought a bathroom cabinet from this company and when it arrived I was not impressed by the quality of the product. It was really light cheap and looked cheap. I tried to speek to someone but all I got was a answer machine to contact through email. I emailed twice but no response. I sent the cabinet back because I was disgusted with the quality I had to pay for the postage which I wouldn't get a refund for. I then received a email saying that the cabinet was damaged and they said if I didn't pick it up for collection it would be destroyed! I contacted the courier company and they said they wouldn't refund either. So it cost me £70 in total still no cabinet and totally disgusted with this company . I recommend you do not use this company under any circumstances .

I have looked into this matter and found the returned item. Unfortunately this was sent with a budget courier company and has suffered sever damage. Unfortunately we cannot refund an order that has been received by us in such condition. When returning items we strongly suggest to use a reputable courier and insure the contents.

We ordered a wall shelf and coat rack . We are delighted with the furniture we have ordered. Our trunk is perfect for hiding a multitude of children's toys. Our coat rack is a talking point when visitors arrive. Will definitely be buying more. Thank you The White Lighthouse
