Chipped bottles
I ordered empty glass diffuser bottles. They costed £3.15 each one. The delivery was quick, they didn't have all the items I ordered so they sent me more of the other ones. The customer service was very kind and helpful however, when I opened the individually packed bottles, I found out that many of them are chipped or damaged. I was very disappointed considering that, if I sell the chipped or slightly damaged ones, my customers will return them.

Hello, Manuela. We are really disappointed to hear that you received some damaged items, especially as each bottle was checked and individually wrapped before being packed. We did also send a number of extra bottles, over and above the shortage. We packed the bottles as well as we could, but sending glass by mail is always a worry: in fact, we would not be reimbursed by the delivery company for this damage, as their insurance does not cover glass AT ALL. The second disappointing thing is that you did not contact us on receipt of the parcel, so that we could address the issue. It is disheartening to hear of a problem via a less than satisfactory review. We offer you our sincere apologies, and hope to do better with any future order you might place with us.

Christmas shopping made eady

Rainbow bowls
It took me a while to find what I wanted, more items came up in messenger than looking on Facebook, but easy to order and collect. I wish I could have seen what I bought before I bought them because their bigger than I really wanted, but that is not Windows fault, and once the lock down is over I'll go back and buy more off the set, its a lovely shop and very friendly and it's nice to buy local.
