Excellent product and customer service
I bought two mugs recently to replace two that I bought a number of years ago and that needed to be retired.Unfortunately one of the mugs had faded print on it. Not a complete deal breaker but I thought I'd ring and have a chat with someone about a possible replacement/refund. The chap on the other end couldn't have been more helpful and within 2 days I got a replacement. So 5 stars for an excellent product and excellent customer service.

I ordered a t shirt and had a call from a member of staff saying that they had not got any of the size and colour that I ordered. I was very happy to change my order and surprisingly received the t shirt on the following day. All round personal service, much appreciated. Thank you.
