Not trustworthy
The reservation was easy and you immediately receive a confirmation mail that states that YOU SHALL NOT BE LATE or you will loose your booking. Also you should not come too early as they will othervise not be ready for you. So we arrived 10 min. before, just to find a closed door. We rang the bell and waited for 15 min. without any response. Then we called the number listed on the homepage where a lady told us that there would be someone there in 5 min.......
So after another 30 min. of waiting we tried to call again without any reply. So we left :-(
No initiative was taken from Xdoor to inform us about the cancellation / delay or whatever it was that we experienced.
We (my family and I) can only recommend you to search for other activities where they will treat you as they care.

We are absolutely dismayed by what happened this morning.
Our colleague, the person who was going to be your game master, didn't tell us that she's going to be late. We knew it because of your call.
This is the first time that happens something like this to us. We are opened since 2015 and we have received A LOT of customers.
Of course that we're going to take actions so that will not going to happen again.
As I told you by private message, you are absolutely invited to our rooms whenever you like it.
