You can tell the love and care that has gone into creating this journal and that it’s actually been created by a new mother that wants to help other new mothers. Super easy to follow and actually gives you the ability to fully keep in tune with yourself as you navigate this journey. Thank you Amy x

Lovely journal with short bullet points to help me process my thoughts and feelings. Not so much that it feels like a massive time consuming task, but not so minimal that it feels pointless. Beautifully packaged.
