I just wanted to say, as of now I'm a 99.9% satisfied customer. The Thick Cultures customer service, (particularly handle by CEO Tommy) were on point with the assistants and generosity when the packing department mixed up my order. It's good to know that Thick Cultures are willing to make sure their customers are satisfied with above average customer service. Along with the high quality LC's and wide variety of genetics and strains, their products are highly recommended for mycology and microscopy studies and he stands by his products. Which shows the love and dedication everyone should be looking for in a supplier.
Again, thank you for making this right and of course for the bonus genetics as well. You will see me again soon enough.

Fast shipping and the liquid culture syringes really are thick with culture. Tests on agar were immediately successful the next day saw growth. Everything is spreading out fast in grain jars. Tommy was also very responsive to a question I had before ordering.
