Unfortunately we had to cancel our entire trip due to the coronavirus. I have to say I was amazed at their quick response, immediately offering a full refund. EXCELLENT customer service. I had reached out to cancel before any travel restrictions had been placed and they still were lovely and immediately issued a refund. It is amazing that all the small companies have been quick to refund and help, yet the huge corporations are no help. Thank you for the great service!! We cant wait to reschedule after all of this is over.

We used Thingstodoinamsterdam for our boat cruise. Which was perfect. Booked online, showed the tickets at the dock (boat to the skipper) and we had a wonderful time. Recommendation worth!

It was cancelled due to cold weather yet it was sunny and other open air boats were still operating. We ended up using another boat company.

I booked a canal tour via this company. Unfortunately just before we went to Amsterdam the tour operator cancelled the trip due to weather conditions. The tour operator told us to contact thingstodoinamsterdam.com to get a full refund. We did this on a Saturday afternoon via email. We got an immediate response and a full refund. Can’t expect any better service than that. Very pleased with the company

Visited House of Bols, excellent

The price we paid for our boat trip on thingstodoinamsterdam.com was way more expensive than if we would have bought the tickets on site with the boat company. We paid 22 Euros per ticket and tickets at the pick-up location of the boat were 15 Euros.

So far I've used Thingstodoinamsterdam for two online ticket purchases: for the Artis Zoo and for Body Worlds. A friend of mine recommended this website. And I'm sure I will use it again: it was really easy and we got a nice discount!

Rating not because of the tour itself cause I think it has absolutely nothing got to do with this company itself. But I really got to praise the service of this company! I have keyed in the wrong email, my fault yes, leading to not receiving any etickets at all. @Thingstodoinamsterdam took the initiative to call me a couple of times to inform that the email of etickets didn't go through! The canal cruise was really nice and everything went smooth thanks to ThingstodinAmsterdam.com. The only downside were all the high tourists who only come to smoke weed and visit the Red Light District. So I would recommend everyone to use Thingstodo, except all the pleasure seekers!

With limited time we decided to absorb the geniuses of Van Gogh and Rembrandt museum. Lines were around the block but we had bought our tickets online at ThingstodoinAmsterdam.com so we could pass the line (priority skip the line tickets).
