Bought a laptop came exactly as described, and it was shipped and delivered fast.

Mike is the perfect person to buy a laptop from. I found his website very detailed and very helpful. When you are buying something you want all of the information, and Mike went above and beyond with providing a very detailed description and images of the laptop. Mike also helped me choose between a couple of laptops. Very good service and very helpful. highly recommended people. I am a business owner and will need more laptops in the future for my employees. Really good customer service. We had a slight glitch with our laptop when it arrived. Mike was really helpful. Although perfectly happy to have the laptop sent back, we in fact solved the problem remotely and it now works really well.

I’ve used refurbed thinkpads before but not with the care and attention to detail seen here. Almost looks new aside from a few small (mentioned) imperfections. Really great deal and literally no downside. Performance is unreal. Thank you ThinkpadMike!
