Just had a pushy quote from their rep called "Nick Cardiff" on Facebook. All he was interested was in my money transfer. He could not even answer when I asked why he was charging VAT twice in his quote. Plus all of his other maths calculations were wrong.
He was obviously hurt when he realised that he could not have free money.

Terrible company to deal with.

The item arrived damaged, so I contacted them straight away. They replied 10 minutes later telling me to refuse delivery—but by then it had already been signed for as damaged. After that, they completely stopped responding to my emails.

The next day, they sent a courier to collect the door without any notice. Since then, there’s been no communication, no refund—nothing.

I’ve now raised this with my bank to get my money back and will also be reporting the issue to Trading Standards.

My husband ordered 4 boxes of backer boards. 3 were delivered with one bag of washers.
We emailed about the missing box, they said it was delayed a week later still no delivery we contacted again it was still saying delayed we explained it must have got lost so they sent out another. It arrived in the wrong mm without the washers. Another email sent we were asked for pictures of all the boards opened. It took so long we had to order from Amazon which turned out were actually cheaper.
The emails were very blunt - terrible for a customer service team! Would never use this company again!!
No refund can be offered apparently!
This was ordered on the 23rd Feb we are still asking for all of the order to be delivered now and it's the 21st March

Theives. Literally take your money deliver a broken faulty product and refuse to give a refund for it. If you call their line you get accused of harassment. Will be going through the bank. Avoid at ALL costs.

Shocking company.

Supplied faulty goods, then completely ignored all communication. No response, no accountability, no refund.

I had to arrange and pay for the return myself, and they still refused to refund me. The only way I got my money back was through a Section 75 claim with my credit card provider.

Avoid. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Ordered panelling on the 8th of the 9th said it will be here on the 10th it’s now the 16th still no pannelling and no refund and no contact with the seller constantly get passed about and still no pannelling and no one seems to know were it is

I ordered tile backer boards for my bathroom renovation and paid for next day delivery, but they arrived a week later, damaged with boot prints everywhere! I tried calling 5 times and sent tons of emails-no responses, no refund, rude customer service when they finally answered once! Absolutely dishonest-stole my money and took up my time-NEVER ORDER FROM THISISWHOLESALE; THEY'RE THIEVES!!

This company will promise the world and then massively fail to deliver!!!
I was informed that they could hold my items in the warehouse until a suitable delivery date, I went ahead and made the order only to be told that they had moved the items to UPS at the first possible opportunity. Said they would contact me via email the following day but that was another lie. Said they checked with UPS to ensure that their delivery date was put on hold... yip another lie!!!! But I got an apology in the end so that makes everything better. Now I am massively inconvenienced when they should not of made ALL these mistakes.
DEFINITELY will not use them again... sooo very untrustworthy.

I received damaged Tile Backer Board boards and immediately refused the delivery from DPD. They informed me they would return the good to them. This Company does not comply with the Consumer Wrights Act 2015. Under these wrights I am entitled to a full refund if the product is damaged. Do not use this company!!!

I have received really awful service from this company, so would avoid at all costs. They delivered wrong parts for the door I ordered and then when I contacted them about this just informed me that the correct items were sent. What on earth are you supposed to do in that situation?

Bought 1 double and 1 single metal doors. Product rather good quality and well packed, one door window missing but quickly sent over after reporting, unfortunately the cylinder lock was also missing, seller refused to send one as it was reported later then 24h after delivery, wouldn't be a problem if standard off the shelf cylinder lock would fit but it didn't, seller not helpful at all, communication stopped making any sense at some point and then stopped responding when I requested the cylinder lock even that I wanted to pay for it. Good customer service until you actually need something.

Ordered composite decking, but cancelled within an hour after seeing the terrible reviews and pictures on Google Reviews.

Cancellation accepted but still not refunded almost 3 weeks later, with multiple support tickets ignored.

Avoid this company like the plague.

had heater that stopped working after around 10 hours use . they will not exchange unless i send back at my expense and the customer service team were very rude..do not use at all and hopefully teh go oit of business soon..

My query with my order, (which was my mistake) was dealt with promptly.
I would certainly use thisiswholesale again and recommend them.

We had loads of problems with the delivery and eventually had to collect our order from the couriers depot or face being charged £125! When we got there, some of our order was damaged. I provided photos taken at the depot and they blamed on not being secured in our vehicle! The email is really rude too. I'd say it would be better to pay a little extra and go somewhere else for a lot less hassle.
