Do not subscribe

Do not subscribe! I was excited about the idea of getting everything I needed in one box to do a different craft each month. Unfortunately the crafts they have sent are extremely cheap. I have found the same kits on Temu for 1/2 or even less than 1/2 the price. When I contacted them (over and over) via email , I got no response . I did get some text messages but they didn’t identify themselves, so I thought it was spam. When I finally realized it was the company, they told me I couldn’t return because I had opened the box. This is not an American company. No value or integrity. Just looking to make a quick buck! Sad! Very sad!

Company guarantee is worthless

I received 2 boxes. The first month was a cheap carving knife and a few blocks of basswood. I was unimpressed but the second box was some cheap cardboard coffee shop doll house. It was around $40 and the items were worth probably $3. I asked for a refund and customer service offered me 40% off my next box. After I informed them I had cancelled my subscription and wanted a full refund they stopped replying. It's been at least 10 days and I've sent 3 emails asking for a refund and how I can return their "craft". Also the company charged me each time and then the boxes were sent about 2-3 weeks late because of "supply chain issues. Just another sign this company doesn't have a clue what they are doing.

This company is a scam that does not honor their warranty. Customer service doesn't respond except automated emails.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. Attempted return and a month later they still haven't allowed it and are now claiming that it's past 30 days.

Not worth the money, terrible customer service!

I wanted to love this subscription service. I purchased it as a gift for my husband. The first box was the bird carving, which was great! The next box was a miniature coffee shop that can easily be purchased on Amazon for $25, not $40. The next was a wooden bird house you can get for $10. Or for free at Lowe’s on a crafts day. It looked like a kids craft. Where’s the leather working? The make your own hot sauce kits they advertised? Who wants a tiny birdhouse for $40? I’ve tried to contact customer service via email and phone. No luck! I need them to exchange these dinky boxes for one with some substance, or at least refund me!

Worst costumer service

Never received my package because of UPS, I let costumer service know and they told me to take it up with UPS. UPS told me they wouldn't take up my claim even though it was before the claim expired, I let this months craft know about it and they did nothing about it, I deleted my subscription and they keep sending me condescending emails.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Received a duplicate box back in December. Emailed about it and got a reply that my next box will be discounted or I could get a refund and send it back. I opted for the discount. Never got that and never heard back from "customer service". Horrible experience, now I'm trying to get my subscription cancelled so we'll see if they email me back.

I shouldn't have ever ordered

I shouldn't have ever ordered! I got sucked in. I saw the ad, I got the subscription, and the first box came. I was disappointed but my mom loved the yarn and one of the patterns so I kept the box. I am a knitter and was not too happy to receive a craft that I already do. The items inside weren't as nice as the pictures other people posted. There also wasn't much in the box, only 3 skeins of yarn, a small amount of stuffing, plastic eyes, a cheap crochet hook and some wooden knitting needles. I was going to cancel my subscription but didn't get to it until after the next box was paid for. I got the 2nd box on February 18th. The first box was a treasure trove compared to the second box! A cheap diamond painting!! They advertise you will get everything you need to make the craft! What a load of bull!! There weren't even little baggies to put the diamonds in, or sealer for when the project was done. I paid almost $40 for a $2.99 diamond painting kit!! What a joke!! I have asked for a refund every day since then but still haven't heard back. I will keep emailing until someone responds, but I don't have much hope! What a scam!!

Xmas Present for Crafty Mom

Bought a subscription for my mother as a Xmas present. She thought it would be cool to “discover new things to craft”.

She called me yesterday disappointedly saying I should cancel it, that it’s just not worth the money. She said the contents of the boxes could be purchased at Hobby Lobby (Her favorite store) for less than $10. And that one of the crafts was just silly. Something with little sticker gems.

She called it the “Crap Box”. Her words, not mine.

Anyway, we decided to cancel. The descriptions/images/etc. on the website make this product seem much better quality and challenging than what you get in reality.

My recommendation is if you’re getting this for someone or yourself they should be a beginner/novice crafter. And even then, an afternoon at Hobby Lobby or another craft store will give you way more inspiration and bang for your buck.

Don’t do it. Not worth the money

Do not believe their hype. I gave them 2 months to see if maybe 2nd box was better than first. So cheap. You definitely do not get your money’s worth. Nowhere near what they state the value is. First box was 3 small balls of yarn, 1 crochet hook and 3 needles and 3 yarn needles. The second box I could have gotten from a Chinese website for $5. It was a diamond painting. So horribly disappointed 😢

I never received my first box

I never received my first box, and I reached out to their customer service and they said they would look into it but never got back to me even after I followed up with them several times. I understand things happen but I’m super disappointed that they never got back to me. I’ve done other craft box subscriptions and never had any issue, definitely wouldn’t recommend this one.

I ordered my first box and when it arrived I noticed what was in the box was not at all what was advertised, I received from the whittiling box, one knife, some finger tape (I was advertised gloves) and some other random things. I reached out to their customer service and they offer me %25 back even though their website states a full refund if you are not satisfied. When I asked for the full refund they offer on their website, they then stopped responding, and even there phones never pick up. This company is a complete scam, I was even able to find the exact product they were advertising for $20 on Amazon which again was not the items I received. So I'm out $40 and have a box full of junk. Save your money and just buy the supplies on Amazon.

Update after they responded to my comment. They sent me an email with a return label saying to email back once I've sent it and they will return me money. They have since stopped responding to my emails. Please do not support this company!!

First box never received

I ordered my first box on January 13, 2025 and never received it. I contacted the company and was told that the items for the boxes or behind schedule. I waited a couple more days like it said and still no tracking number so I logged into my account and canceled the subscription. I have emailed the company several times asking for a refund on this never received first box and haven’t received a response. This is definitely not a company I would do business with!

Costumer service no longer helpful

Never got my second box. Was in contact with them. Told me box was lost, offered a refund, refund listed as pending in my bank account, then it disappeared. Has not returned. Thought costumer service was helpful, not too sure now. Don't know what's going on.

First box was great. Lots of fun and was very pleased. I couldn't wait for the 2nd box. Jokes on me it seems... still waiting and waiting and waiting and no response from company when I ask.

Paid but never got my second box.

Got my first box no problem, second box payment comes out, I get shipping notice. I wait a couple days and i track the package, no delivery date found. I wait 10 days, still no shipping date found. I Email and get no response.

I got my first box and boy was it a…HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I got my first box and boy was it a boring disappointment. It was a crocheting box that looked like you found it at the Goodwill circa 1980. It didn't even include enough yarn to finish the project. They say they have a 100% money back guarantee and that they will send you a return label, but they would not and have not honored it. They offered to give me a 30% refund and that's not cool because I immediately asked for a return label without using any of their materials. When I said I wanted them to honor their 100% money back guarantee, they stopped communicating with me!!! The price for what you get is inflated and their projects are BORING.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I received the same exact box two months in a row. When I tried to reach out to ask if a mistake had been made, I received an email asking how they could help. I emailed back stating what the issue was, again, and requested a refund. They responded with the same phrasing "how can we help you today?" As if they never received what my complaint was. I emailed for a third time, stating my issue and requesting a refund. Crickets. It has been an unprofessional experience that I fear will have no resolution. Please stay away from this company!
