We could not speak highly enough of our experience with dealing with Thompson we had only bought our motorhome in January and experienced a problem with it soon after and from the time we rang them they constantly kept in touch with us regarding sorting the problem. The problem was sorted and we are back enjoying our travels in our motorhome. We would especially like to thank Niall for all his help and professionalism shown to us . We would definitely recommend Thompson for anyone thinking of buying or renting. Keep up the good work.

Great brand-new camper van
Great brand-new camper van, perfectly equipped. We had a small issue with the smoke detector, but the team was extremely responsive: they replied almost immediately via WhatsApp, and the problem was resolved very quickly. A big thank you to the whole team, especially Sarah, for her availability, kindness, and professionalism. We highly recommend them!

Thompson Leisure - Highly Recommended
Our current motorhome layout was not working for us, so we decided to return to Thompson Leisure, and look at alternatives. The team were sympathetic to our situation, and provided lots of advice and guidance. Both Alexander and Kevin gave of much of their time, opening many different motorhomes for us to view, and although we spent many hours there we never once felt rushed to make a decision. Once we had decided on the model that would suit our needs best, the process to change was made easy and relaxed.

No fuss rental, great value, campervan of high quality. Friendly staff and no big fuss with regard to payment. No hard sell re insurance etc.

Very good expérience
Le mini camping car était très bien, parfaitement équipé, propre (quasiment neuf)
La vidéo explicative, même si elle est en anglais (je suis français) est complète et peut d être revue à tout moment pendant la location
Il manque juste une couette dans la location, nous avons dû en acheter une le 2eme jour car il faisait trop froid. Il est difficile de transporter une couette en avion.
La prise en charge a l aéroport a été très pratique.
La communication avec la responsable pour des questions par mail a été très rapide et efficace.
The mini campervan was excellent, perfectly equipped, and clean (practically new).
The instructional video, even though it's in English (I'm French), is comprehensive and can be reviewed at any time during the rental.
The only thing missing was a duvet; we had to buy one on the second day because it was too cold. It's difficult to transport a duvet on a plane.
The airport pickup was very convenient. Communication with the manager via email was very quick and efficient.
