Definitely a scam. After reading other reviews it doesn't fill me with hope. Over 2 weeks and still haven't received my prescription googles. Wrong tracking information given..Back and forth communication..now saying I need to wait 60 days to receive a refund! Avoid at all costs.

Do not use threo. I have not received my item, was told I could apply for a refund if it does not arrive within 60 days

Similar experience to others - product very substandard. Bought from what appeared to be an Irish company website which comes across as misleading. Item arrived with basic packaging that had to be ripped open in order to access the item due to sellotape, and returns policy says it needs to be returned in it's original packaging, which is not possible. I emailed them about the warranty length but no reply. Item was reduced from €60 to €40 but barely worth €20. Should have checked Trustpilot first... Any company that does not respond to a single negative review on Trustpilot is probably best avoided.

Har først modtaget varen efter egentligt at have opgivet at modtage den. Firmaet ringede ikke tilbage. Men i dag, efter ikke at have hørt fra dem i snart 14 dage fik jeg varen. Så….. bedre sent end aldrig.

DO NOT USE Threo UK. I ordered 2 head torches and left 2 weeks for delivery not realising they were coming from China. They arrived but unfortunately they did not charge up in 36 hours (probably no battery) and only work when plugged into the mains. I have complained and written several times with full details and videos of the items but each time I am fobbed off with 'it's being investigated' . I am about to request a chargeback on the credit company to see what happens. They only accept returns to China which is expensive.

Not really sure why there's so many bad reviews guys yes that's true you need to wait for the delivery minimum 7 working days but the item that I bought is great quality like in description. Thank you The Team Theo

Well I ordered a waterproof m/c phone holder from Threo before checking up about the company so was a bit concerned that that was the end & I'd never receive it but I'd paid by PayPal so would have got my money back .It was on offer for nearly half full price . Received email confirming order then another when despatched & low & behold about 3 days later a parcel from Yodel with my order in it !!! Item as good as I hoped & very happy .

Swimming goggles, anti fog etc etc. Duly arrived and looked and felt fine. 1st time used in the pool I had no clear vision at all as though my eyes were completely out of focus, and yes I had removed the lens plastic covers!
Read the returns blurb and realised that ‘customers complete satisfaction…’ was impossible to achieve. Send them back to China, at our cost, or keep them with only a 40% refund. I should have read the whole tin first, and share the same negative sentiments of all comments. (Well done to the 2 positive ones.)

I recently received my order (#234440) for the Anti-Fog Prescription Swimming Goggles (-3.5), but unfortunately the goggles arrived broken.

I contacted customer support right away to request either a replacement or a full refund, since the item was clearly damaged on arrival. I also asked about a prepaid return label, as I don’t think I should have to cover return costs for a faulty product. I even offered to provide photos as evidence.

However, the response has been very disappointing. I keep receiving the same generic reply saying my case is “still being worked on,” with no real update or resolution. It feels like my issue isn’t being taken seriously.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. Poor product quality combined with unhelpful customer service means I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

If I’d known my order was coming from CHINA, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I thought I was supporting a UK company, as it was listed as Threo.com.uk! I’ve been waiting two weeks for a badly needed cycle mirror so I can safely bike in town. All communication with Threo is unhelpful..To return the mirror and hopefully be refunded, Threo instructions say to mail item to: Room 103, 1st Floor, Building 3, No. 72, Xiahua 2nd Road, Junhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, 510440!!! At my expense!! GOTCHA!!! 🤣😆 WHAT A SCAM!!

Placed an order at Christmas. Delivery wasn’t fulfilled by EVRi. When I spoke to customer services they asked for proof of fault from EVRi - I did - they then fobbed me off with copy/pasted bot like replys assuring me they were sorting it out. Over 2 months later still nothing and the same bot like customer services reply. No refund, no resend of products. Shocking customer service. Money down the drain. Do not use is my advice.

Don't use this company the products are sub standard. I ordered a swimsuit with front zip & it broke immediately. I've since tried to get a replacement & or refund but there is no process for this or a bot just repeats the same requests for info.

Ich habe eine gepolsterte Skatehose bestellt zum Schlittschuhlaufen. Ja, die Ware kommt aus China, aber die Skatehose ist von richtig guter Qualität und nicht teurer als in anderen Shops. Leider hat sie nicht optimal gepasst. Habe eine Email geschrieben, um eine Rücksendung zu veranlassen und bekam innerhalb von 10 Minuten eine Antwort vom Kundenservice, dass ich mein Geld zurück erstattet bekomme und die Ware nicht zurück senden muss.
Also für mich geht Kundenservice nicht besser.

TERRIBLE _ DO NOT BUY! I got this on 30/12/2025 and have used it very lightly - last week (6 Feb 2026, a few days over 1 month), I was inspecting it before I got in and used it ( as I would be hanging upside down and inspect it each time before I use it as recommended) and noticed the stitching had come undone and the seams were coming apart! this was a bit shock as I have hardly used it ( once a week minimum for less than 30 mins). As this is so important for safety and is clearly a fault with their product, I thought Threo would act on this quickly and replace my item - they simply replied saying 30 days had passed for a refund or replacement and offering me a 20% discount on another purchase! I am disappointed and would NOT recommend this company or this product. As this company has a UK domain and sells in the UK, they should abide by UK sales laws re faulty products, but it seems because they are a Hong Kong base - they get away with it and any return would need to be done within 30 days and paid for by the customer. Not fair and not good policy - DO NOT BUY!

Just ordered a pair of black fingerless usb heated gloves. There is a cable hanging out of the gloves with a large connector that just dangles when you put them on, you don't see this cable in the online photos. They could at least have sewn a small pocket on the side of the glove to put the cable connectors in when your wearing the gloves. There is no switch for the heated element and no instructions so I'm assuming you plug them in to heat the element and unplug them before you put them on. The element won't stay warm for long so should have bought a pair of gloves and stuck them on the radiator before wearing them. The gloves are OK but wouldn't have paid the discounted price of £10 for them

I didn't receive my package and they don't answer my email.

Order not received and no response to enquiry’s as to where my purchase is and it’s been three weeks.

The only problem I had with the UK company was I didn't receive a delivery date until the day after I ordered, but apart from that the item I ordered,abs belt arrived in less than the time it said and as of now works perfectly fine, so this is a positive review

I will leave a positive review where it is due. Bought from the .co.uk site and ordered some gloves. I was sceptical and thought I had been scammed after reading reviews on here HOWEVER gloves turned up, to correct address (via Royal Mail) as described, the quality expected and in decent time frame considering they were coming from China (which I did not realise at time of ordering) should of read more. Anyway I'm happy with my purchase and so am leaving a positive review.
