We purchased the Threshold badges and…
We purchased the Threshold badges and really like them. We have a fair share of visitors and keeping track of them is important. The problem we have so far is getting the visitor to fold the appendage of the badge under it to reflect "void" after 24-hours, that and writing firmly to record the name under the badge. Aside from that, they look good and we are glad we made the purchase!

This company can't make things easier
This company can't make things easier. Whether it was with my first purchase or when I needed to reorder the process was so simple and efficient. I had one issue with my billing address and every single person I spoke with was super friendly and very professional, quickly resolving the problem. Security procedures are where they need to be now and people are amazed by the self voiding feature of our badges. Previously worked in customer service for 23 years and I cannot tell you how often I am disappointed with how I'm treated these days.Congratulations THRESHOLD for holding on to something most businesses seem to disregard, an appreciation of your customers.
