I recently purchased the journal and it's fantastic. It's really helping to keep up with all the long lists that come with being a parent to SEN children. I would highly recommend. I love the achievement tracker as often just the smallest achievements can be forgotten and this makes a good read over after a very tiring day!

I purchased The Ultimate Journal For Sen Mums and OMG... Amazing, the way it's all done, helps me so much with organizing. All the sections are so easy to follow and mark to help me have one place for everything to help when it comes to seeing professionals with my Son, it's all in one place marked, from sleep diary, to weekly planner, monthly, dietary, meltdown tracker, mood tracker as well as other sections and my favourite is the mum self care section, because of you are a SEN Mom then you know that part is hard to do let alone keep on track of it with everything else to do. So it really is a lovely touch. I can keep a track of every detail within my journey to help my Son. This is a life saver with be getting them again when finished as well as the extension to add to the collections as well. So much thought, care and attention has gone into this

Been after journal or something where I can write down triggers, appointment everything that's been going on during our sen journey ready for a dignoses.
This seller does exactly what I was after and it's simple to use and easy to pack in a backpack to take with you while your on hoilday or at appointment ect... it's made the journey a little easier knowing everything in one place

I have purchased 2 of these journals to track my daughters whilst we are on the pathway for diagnosis. Evidence is key and from all of the meetings it is essential to track and record everything. As a busy mum to 3 SEN children all different parts of their journeys keeping track of everything was impossible and then I came across Thrive Creations. I love the hard back cover, how I can track meltdowns, sleep, notes of meetings, daily activities, monthly calendar it’s brilliant. My cluttered brain couldn’t keep up with itself but now I can. I just need to remember to use it but I am getting better!

I received the Sen mums journal and wow it is amazing! It covers everything from a yearly diary, to meltdown trackers, appointment notes, sleep log and even a section for self care for us mums! I highly recommend this journal because everything you need is inside of it and I’ve found it really helpful to have! I received the don’t just survive thrive journal yesterday and wow it’s absolutely beautiful it has everything in there to help sen parents from weekly planning, appointments, communications with school useful books and websites to visit it even has a section for self care

I've just received my "don't just survive: thrive journal and oh my goodness it is fabulous. The creators have covered the most struggling aspect of being a sen parent....realising your also the only admin assistant! Obviously our sen child comes above all else but to do that you need everything in one place organised and simple to complete because time is not usually on our side. This journal has a beautiful hard back cover, is sturdy and packed full of useful monthly and weekly planners, sleep trackers, medications and much much more. It has useful guides explaining how to use each section and how to make the best use of it. My best buy of 2025 watch out professionals, you want to know what caused that meltdown? "Oh let me grab my journal I've been keeping a record of all their meltdowns and I think I've found a pattern" !! Definitely going to be best asset in my life.

I received this planner this week, it was beautifully packaged and had a note from the creators.
On opening the planner, I quickly noticed all the different parts in there from meltdown trackers to actual weekly planning and a nice little section for parental wellbeing (which I tend to forget about)!
This is a god send for writing down interactions from the school and notes in one place rather than in multiple books like I tend to do!
Honestly this book couldn’t have come at a better time, and I will be purchasing more as time goes on.
