Tins difficult to open and cats dont like the contents.
Tins of cat food are ring pull type and very hard to open. Often resulting in food splashing over the worktop when the lid finally gives in.
Food looks nice both meat and fish, some have vegetables in them! Try getting most cats to eat veg, worse than getting veg into children.
Cats wont eat it, fish or meat.
Looks nice but its not liked by our two. Tried for a week but it just goes to food waste.
To sum up tins awkward to near impossible to open and cats not eating when we break in.
Food looks and smells good but rejected by our cats.

10 days after placing this order I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Contacted them three times by email but they have yet to answer.

Product availability
Whilst the quality of the products I purchase on subscription are good, the availability is very variable, and there is a lack of communication as to when goods will be back in stock again. Part orders are not dispatched whilst waiting for the unavailable items to come back in stock.

Lovely, product, lovely packaging, arrived well packaged. My cat seems to hate eating it, though. LOL. Too bad. It has been eating Whiskas for God-knows how long...they must have something addictive in it! I suppose it's like being given salad when all you've ever eaten is Dominos.

We're delighted that you were impressed with the product, packaging and delivery – although it sounds as if your cat may need a little more convincing! Cats can be notoriously particular, especially when they've been eating the same food for a long time. Introducing a new food gradually alongside their usual food can sometimes help them adjust to the change.
We hope Thrive eventually wins them over – even if we're currently the salad to their Domino's!

Poor customer service
Kitten likes the food, which is a shame because the customer service has been awful. I placed an order for 96 tins of kitten food over a week ago now and have still not received my order. I have been trying to get in contact with Thrive all week about my order and not one person has had the decency to respond to my emails, or messages on social media platform.
I have spent slightly over £100 on wet food and am yet to receive my order. Its not a small amount of money, and certainly not the level of customer service i would expect when ordering such an amount.
I will definitely be looking for a new food provider going forward for my Mainecoon kitten.

We have experienced difficulties getting an update from our courier (who we will not be using going forward), but we should have kept you informed while we worked to resolve the issue, and we apologise that we didn't do so.
We completely understand your frustration, especially after spending over £100 on food for your kitten. This isn't the level of service we want our customers to receive.

Great Thrive kitten wet & dry food
Great Thrive kitten wet & dry food. So far 16 weeks Tigger loves it. However, I will place my next order with Zooplus as I can get 48 tins for £48.78 as oppose to £61.92 direct from Thrive.
