More than pleased with my experience. I had recently bought rims and tires from another location the same day I ordered matching lug nuts from another location. Received the rims and tires about a week later. 3 weeks after that the lug nuts status was still waiting to be picked. Even tho they said it would be shipped 3 to 7 days after ordering. Came across your website. Decided to order the same lug nuts from you. And in less than 24 hours later they were picked and shipped. Should be here tomorrow. And finally ill be able to install the new rims and tires. Other place wouldn't respond or answer my questions. But refunded my order shortly after canceling because I placed an order with you. Called your tech with questions about my order and they answered my call and my questions. You have great customer service

Great transaction and fast delivery.

I ordered a 'Lift Kit Smart 451' on 29th November 2024. AFTER I had paid for it I received a message to say it was currently out of stock and it would be delivered in 12 weeks time...... It wasn't !
I contacted Throtl and after I had explained the issue I had a assortment of replies, several, just hung up on me, several, said they would 'raise a ticket' for it, but didn't. In 2025, a few said my order did'nt exist because Throtl had been sold to new owners and I wasn't on 'The System'.
Eventually I got an email saying it would be 12 weeks again.
Some (many) months past and I was still getting similar replies. Then I saw an ad from the 'Little Big Supply' crew and the penny dropped that it was never going to arrive to me in the UK.
In November 2025 (That's right folks, A FULL YEAR LATER) I cancelled my order and got a refund. 'Little Big' supplied it from USA to UK in less than 2 weeks.
THROTL supplied nothing accept the worst Customer Service I have ever received.

Purchase and delivery went great. Can't wait to install my new MOMO steering wheel!
