It's a first month since I discovered this product - Overall experience is great. I like the taste and I have noticed some improvement in quality of my sleep which is definitely a great achievement. Love the idea of having them in sachets. Thank you, millions.
Arrived earlier than promised.
Mixes in water really easily.
Tastes good.
Does what it’s supposed to do!
Was a bit skeptical as with any supplement but found that this helped balance me out a bit more around my period. Always got headaches in the lead up to my period but drinking a thryv every day in the lead up seems to help so that they’re barely noticeable.
Have been drinking one a day for about 5 weeks now apart from a 4 day period where I was away and forgot to take them with me. I noticed a difference in how I was feeling by the 2nd day of missing it, and that was enough for me to make this my daily routine. Bonus points for it being all natural too!
