Wondering if the positive reviews are real? I ordered this after reading that many people have had extremely positive results clearing up psoriasis and eczema. It made my skin flare up and had to wash off. Might be fine to use on regular unbroken skin but I would avoid using for eczema prone / sensitive skin.

I was lured into the social media advertising of this company selling its products to mange eczema concerns.

I ordered the main moisturiser (£25 a bottle) and skin balm with hopes it may settle my flakey skin. I was surprised to find the products were fragranced. I applied the moisturiser on my arms, breasts, hands and IMMEDIATELY came up in a red rash to the point I had to shower again to relief myself.

I would avoid these products if you actually have eczema

The order was delivered quickly and I got exactly what I ordered. But it was advertised as helping for exezema, I was suffering with a flare up which was why I ordered, but I wish I'd just ordered a trial pack first.

It made my skin much worse, my eyes swelled up and were very painful. Their products look great and they claim to have thousands of positive reviews but I would strongly suggest people just to get a trial pack first because it obviously doesn't work well for everyone.

I want to share our honest experience.

My daughter has struggled with severe eczema for years. We tried everything – from over-the-counter creams to cortisone prescribed by doctors. Nothing worked long-term.

I bought the rescue balm having seen it advertised on facebook. Unfortunately it absolutely burnt my skin. It made it red raw, itchy, and painful so I had to wash it off.
I emailed the company but the response wasnt very helpful and to be honest, they didnt seem to care much at all. I wish I had read the reviews before parting with the money.

Smells like burning. My partner has been using it daily for weeks now and no change. I used it on my psoriasis and ended up making it worse. Gutted.

I've applied it to a test patch on my elbow with plaque psoriasis for a couple of weeks now . The psoriasis looks worse if anything! Very disappointed.

I’ve just tried the rescue balm, I have quite mild psoriasis that mainly affects my finger and knuckle joints but can looks very angry when it flares up. Two days of using this product and the redness is down and hands starting to look normal again. My only gripe is that it doesn’t smell great but at the same time any nice smelling lotion has always made my hands a lot worse. Its a thumbs up from me

I have suffered with serious eczema all around the body for 7 years now. I got prescription after prescription; they'd quickly solve the issue, but after a few days it'd flare up.

Last year I was getting desperate and looked for natural alternatives as the rash was growing onto my face. I found Thunderbird and gave it a shot.

A year later, the eczema intensity has decreased about 95%! The only advice I can give is that you should give it time; for me, I only saw effects after applying it day by day consistently after a week or so, unlike the prescription steroids, which act pretty much immediately.

Also, please take the 1-star reviews with a pinch of salt; they reflect people who don't realise that skincare products vary in effectiveness for different individuals.

Rescue balm caused my eczema to worsen sadly got full bubbles and sores after using for a while, It didn't happen immediately but after using for a while so becareful when trying it.

Was hoping this would help with red skin left by a long bout of eczema. Hasn’t helped. Much more red, sore and itchy. Also had times when skin was very dry and flaky like I hadn’t applied any cream! Im sure different people have different experiences but hasn’t worked for me! Sorry! 😔

We had contact dermatitis and this immediately assisted. It did not cure but greatly alleviated itchiness and dryness.

Easy to order. Prompt delivery. My severe eczema improved dramatically from the first use. My skin is mostly clearer than it has been for years with daily use of balm.

Early days of use but my eczema has reduced substantially in two weeks.

I had a clear adverse reaction to Thunderbird Skin’s Rescue Balm. Within minutes my skin became bright red and intensely itchy. I washed it off immediately, but the reaction persisted and I had to take an antihistamine.
I contacted the company promptly and explained the situation politely. The response I received was dismissive and concerning.
I was told: “Just because a new treatment hasn’t performed a biblical miracle on your skin overnight doesn’t mean it isn’t working… Be patient (seriously, give it at least 4 weeks).”
I was also told that the reaction was likely due to steroid overuse, despite the fact that I do not use steroid creams.
Rather than acknowledging a possible product reaction or prioritising skin safety, I was advised to “push through” and continue using a product that had already caused visible inflammation. A refund was refused.
I have never experienced this level of patronising and unsafe guidance from a skincare company. Advising customers to continue using a product after an acute reaction, while dismissing their account and refusing a refund, is not responsible practice.
Based on my experience, I would urge caution before purchasing from Thunderbird Skin.

A true repair cream that has restored my skin, thank you. I wish this product was sold in Sweden so I wouldn't have to wait for customs to clear it.

Not great at all. Far better products on the market. Had eczema my whole life. Burns and stings when applied.

I bought this cream hoping it would cure my psoriasis but it made it look very red and inflamed , I tried it for a week and couldn’t believe how bad my psoriasis looked since using it , it was bright red blotchy patches on my elbows and arms , I stopped using it immediately. Was very disappointed really thought it would be a miracle balm
