Sadly my experience with global gps has been poor so far, I say so far because, to date I have not received my tomtom watch although it has been a couple of weeks. I checked the item was in stock and it showed as a couple of days delivery, great stuff, so I paid and ordered.after a few days of nothing I contacted the seller and got a message that the order was out of stock, but supplies were coming and I would receive my watch on wednesday (two days away) The watch did not show up. I contacted them again to chivvy them up and later got a message that my watch was posted which showed that the watch was not the size or colour I ordered. I asked them to sort this out and its now been a further four days without any resolution in sight. Do not buy if you are hoping for a quick delivery. I am still hopeful that one day my watch may be delivered and I have not wasted time and money.

Despite being out of stock initially, the goods arrived promptly and we were kept informed by email.

Thought item was held in stock but was in fact coming from another supplier . Not a big delay . Very happy with product.

Ordered item on the Saturday, received it on the Wednesday, recorded delivery. They kept me informed of progress and the item was £30 cheaper than anywhere else on the internet, highly recommended.

I cannot fault GlobalGPS on the friendliness or frequency of correspondence, only on the accuracy of its content. I twice received messages saying that the item I purchased was about to be sent, only to be told that the item was not in stock and it would have to be reordered. Finally, I rang the distribution company who promised faithfully that it would arrive this week. To be fair, it did, but there appears to be something wrong with a stock control system which announces that goods are on their way and then apologises because the goods don't exist.

Still waiting for product to arrive! Ordered over a week ago, was told parcel was ready to go on Tuesday, on Wednesday got an email to say they'd sold the item to someone else basically. Needed the item to be delivered before Friday as it was not being delivered to my home, rang the customer service line, was assured it's would definitely be with me by Friday, have not heard anything from them and now unable to contact them as its a weekend! No apologies at all, the website said it would be delivered in 1-2 working days. Not impressed!

Had initial difficulty with payment - goods not dispatched but in the interests of security - called and provided them with proof and all went ahead smoothly

They Took my money, and after 7days I am still waiting for my Dyson to be delivered, they say hopefully it will be delivered within the next 3-4 days, Never Again

Great communication

Simply put my greed in trying to get the best price for my product (NextBase Dash-cam), lead me to an experience which left me confused and considering cancelling my order.

9 e-mails in a day to say they had/had not got my product, were having to order it in from a supplier, seconds later it was out for delivery, seconds later it was out of stock...this went of for two days...and they were not able to answer their telephone number. So, out of stock, no one answering the phone - one got the impression that this was a fake site with bad intentions...after all they had billed me already.

The device was delivered, so I guess they do exist - but 0/10 for customer service and clarity of process.

They get 60% for price and my relief that I hadn't lost my money.

Shame really - you [Globalgps] should have answered the phone...

Ordered a TomTom Golf Premium GPS watch at a fantastic price. The item turned out not to in stock. I was informed straight away. Extra stock was ordered and it was with me in under a week from initial order. I was provided with tracking updates all the way through the order. 1st class service. Thanks.
