Thurlows Healthcare 

Thurlows are a great team of carers. They look after my mum and dad with 4 visits every day. My mum who has Alzheimer’s needs lots of care and they put her to bed, get her up in the morning, shower her and prepare breakfast. Lunch time visit is for lunch preparation and bathroom visit. Tea time is preparing the evening meal and again bathroom needs.They give medication morning and evening. At the same time they also look after my dad whose needs aren’t as much as mums but he gets help with medication and meal preparation.
They have been helping my mum for 3 years and both of them for the last year.
All the family would highly recommend Allan and his team.

Allan was a great aid to my step dad Graham when he began to need physical assistance due to the speedy progression of Motor Neurone Disease. He would accompany him to appointments as well as assisting with day to day personal care. Always happy to discuss the next steps and a massive support when Graham was hospitalised or his condition deteriorated.

My brother in law was very reluctant to accept carers being a very private and quiet gentleman. Thankfully he was introduced to Alan at Thurlows Healthcare. Alan took time to get to know his patient and planned his care to suit his individual and ever changing needs. Very knowledgeable and professional, Alan liaised regularly with the family and made himself available when we needed to communicate with him.
Couldn’t have asked for more.
