Exceptional Experience
The entire experience, from initial purchase to delivery, is excellent. Thyra takes the time to answer questions concerning products offered by Thyra Inflatables. Product quality and presentation are exceptional.

Thank you for your feedback! We strive to be transparent in our process. We believe in personal customer care so when customers have a question, we do our best to answer. Too many businesses today treat customers as just another number, we try hard not to sink that low.
We hope that you will consider us again in the future~

Thank you for your feedback! We tried to get a nice soft material for our products. We will explore other materials in the future to see if we can get the same feel but with a little more substance. But we know how to get the current material. Maybe we offer more material choices.
We look forward to your future purchases, either custom or from our catalog~
White cilinder revieuw
I have orderd 2 inflatable Cilinders from Thyra inflatables. I oderderd 2 of the same type, thaer were two options: transparant and white (this is about the material and the finished product the imige of the carecter was the same.
Pro's:
Nice disign of the OC carecter.
Price for qualaty and size was good, 100 euro per Cilinder (that was without shipping)
Comunication with Thyra was good.
Con's
after having folded up the Cilinder a few small cracks in the ark of the carecter started to apear
the Comunication from the factory was bad, as a result thare were momends whare Thyra could not give clear ansers to questions becouse of the bad comunication from the factory to Thyra.
The time from having orderd it and geting is was long, some deadlines were not made.
Conclusion:
overall a desent experiance. the only real problem for me was that due to the lack of comunication at times I had the fealing I was getting scamed. However every time this fealing came up I talked with Thyra and he could reasure me.
From what I understand those Cilinders were his verry first products so thare were a bunch of problems, however I belive that Thyra has lernd what to do and what not to do in the future.
the 4 star revieuw is moostly 4 stars due to the problems with the factory, that was not in Thyra's hands.

Excellent Seller
Bought a Ring from Thyra.
Went for Pickup.
Nice Person, totally trustworthy, already bought much more.
All that you need to know that many of the things are preorders and take a while to make.

Thank you for your review!
I'm glad you are happy with the products. We try to make sure we can get the best experience.
We do try to reduce the production time for future products. We generally expect a 2 month production period for our factory to produce the products. However, maybe in the future, we will take a bit more risk and get in-stock products so not everything will be on pre-order basis. But for our startup, pre-orders are more convenient.
