We made an error ordering a particular item, and Warren was exceptionally helpful in rectifying this and even sent us the link for the item we should have ordered originally. The orders were shipped out and here within 48 hours. Many thanks

we recently got a bath seat for my 94 …
we recently got a bath seat for my 94 year old mother, the website wouldn't let us use my card so i phoned them up to order one, the gentleman was great got the order done and delivery was arranged for the next day, THE CHAIR WAS DELIVERED TO MOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF FLATS WHERE THE BELL WAS RUNG AND THE MAN JUST LEFT IT THERE NO CHECKING TO SEE IF ANYONE ANSWERED THE DOOR MOM USES A FRAME, so takes awhile to answer the door, no stopping to make sure it was delivered, just left on the landing, very dissapointed,

Took money sent me an incorrect item
Took money sent me an incorrect item. Couldn't send right item then I ended up having to buy a whole bath chair. Sent it to an incorrect address then to top it off would not return my original money even though they promised they would took countless telephone calls and emails and only refunded the money when I had to return the item they'd sent to me. Total scammers ill never use them again
