I’ve ordered from him several times. The thing I am most impressed with is he responds to texts very quickly usually. I’ve tried several other sources and this is one of the best because if I have questions or concerns he’s always quick to reply. His product quality is also top tier. Never had a problem

Sent a product I’m pretty sure is just plain flour. Also sent the wrong product for the order anyways and said to send back. Well, I had already opened it… want me to send back an opened product to, what, re-sell to someone else?? Was only when I pointed this out I received a discount for a future order. Which is what should have been offered from the beginning. I wasn’t looking for anything “for free” but this was a huge “mistake” on their part. Then again, decided they could absolutely just keep that little money because I don’t want any “future orders” with them for plain flour. Can get that much cheaper at the supermarket. Tried them a few times because of overnight shipping options but would definitely rather “plan better” and stick to my “og” place.

Been ordering couple years , 99% of time is quick reply. Good quality. Shipping is great , when it hasn’t been it’s bc I was living in an area w extra transports for packages. Way out of town etc. but overall has been great quick and honest.

By far the best company i have worked with so far. Their communication is incredible, their inventory is so reliable. They are my go-to.

I get my order the following day almost every time i order and im not using overnight shipping. Best prices around and John adjust the price often making it even cheaper. Definitely the top of the line when it comes to customer service and the best product I can get recently. I have previously worked with a few companies over the last year and find myself always coming back to Tianeptine Source. Fast replies regarding any shipping issues and they often give out discounts around the holidays which is nice.

Scammers be careful, They don't have a point of sale because they scam .
Also they are extremely rude.

This Company has never let me down. They are extremely professional. They have went way out of their way to always make sure I am satisfied. There has never been a favor too unreasonable that they have not been able to fulfill. I have never had one single issue with either their customer service or services. I have only been a customer with them for about a month. But so far it's been great. They ship out on time and they almost always respond within 10mins of me contacting them with any issue or questions. Even with the recent supply issues they have had inventory most the time. Customer service is on point! Incredibly prompt attention even during a very busy time for them. I messaged with a concern about payment processing and they responded within a few short minutes.
