Horrible service! I placed an order on June 23, 2021. It said it would take 7 days to fulfill the order. I knew that when I ordered it. Today is August 4th, 2021 and I still do not have the picture. My e-mail has a "track order with Shop" button that is 0 help.

Then, I found below that button I could click the tracking number. Turns out the thing ships from China. All I get is "flight departed" but doesn't say from where going to where-just "departed". It does appear that the package has been all over the Xiamen Province of China.

Steer clear of these folks!

I was so disappointed canvass was a terrible quality colours were
faded. We send it back costing us 60 us. It was way over priced
For the quality of the product. After we sent it back we were waiting to be reimbursed but in vain. We used the tracking number and we were surprised to find out that it was at the post office for 17 days and it was left there at the customers request( tiaracle). When we emailed them notifying that we are going to take action then they agreed and reinbused us.

Ordered a four piece space scene of the UK and Europe for my lounge, arrived in great time and in perfect condition... Went for the framed option as all I had to do then was hang them on my wall and bingo!! Perfect!! Great quality and easy to hang!!

False advertisement. Claimed to give you a good discount, but counts bogus sale price in discount. So there are MEGA!! discount is only like 10%.

I'm impressed by their ability to match the canvases so well and stretch the art with separations from canvas to canvas. I'm looking next to have them accomplish my choice piece by using one of my adventuresome skiing pictures and then working my LIVETHEFUEL brand into the digital image before they do the prints. So bring on the Custom Art!

Especially for the price, the large canvas print I got was really good! The company was even helpful in helping me figure out what was going on with my shipment when it didn't show up on time (it was the postal services fault, not Tiaracle's). Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered the bergen Norway 5 set canvas and it was perfect for my bedroom over the bed.
