A worthwhile service despite a few bugs

He was really helpful, friendly and professional and gave a really good account of things from his end. Unfortunately the issue with the late alerts continued happening but I was issued a refund and would certainly be willing to use the service again in future.
Original review: Set up a push notifications alert for the first time at a cost of £10. Promises to send alerts faster than Twickets’ own alerts by checking more frequently. Today alone, that’s THREE TIMES I’ve had the ‘slower’ Twickets alerts coming through before the alerts from this service which promises to be checking the site every few seconds for me and sending push notifications instantly. One time it was by 30 seconds, the others by a few minutes. Can just about put it down to timing if it happens once but to happen on every single occasion just looks like it’s a service that isn’t fit for purpose. Explain that one. No way of contacting them to request a refund for a useless service. Guess I only have myself to blame.

Massive thanks for helping me secure Wimbledon tickets this year! The alerts were all accurate and helped me predict when a ticket would become available. I was able to watch Zverev, Swiatek & Serena on Centre Court :)

Secured a Wimbledon centre court tickets with the alerts. Still requires patience to keep trying but chances are def much higher.

Success with Twickets bot for BTS and Ariana Grande
I was able to get tickets to BTS and Ariana Grande through this Twickets bot. The way ticket-alerts.live works is that you still buy tickets on Twickets, but their alerts come before Twickets own alerts somehow.

Great experience with Wimbledon
Feels unbelievable because I was able to solve a three-year-old problem of purchasing a Wimbledon ticket easily with just one very nimble service, very quick and it works almost all the time via push notifications. No more manual refreshing 150 times a day.
