The lack of information on how I was able to access my ticket made it so I was unable to attend the event. I was required to retrieve my ticket at the actual event entrance instead of them sending me a virtual copy of my ticket. Their service is utterly horrible.
Will say payment declined but will still charge you
I put in all my right information for some jessy reyes tickets, only to get prompt to a payment declined page saying to try again so I tried again and again and again and then try my credit card and the same thing, it said payment the client try again, so I want to go check my bank statement and realize to charge me for every transaction that had said declined.
Don’t be scared by the reviews
Don’t be scared by the reviews. It seems as if these people had a bad experience with their customer service, but the website itself it legit. I got my tickets within 10 minutes of me ordering them with no issues at all. Just make sure you use all of the correct information when you purchase.

I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong date - it was an honest mistake and easily corrected. I wasn't even in the country at the time the show was put on so it's not like I could have attended. The company refused to change the date of the tickets - I didn't want a refund just changed from October 2 to October 23.

Tried to purchase tickets and it appeared as though I was unsuccessful. I was then surprised to find a charge on my credit card. There was no email confirmation and nothing to support the charge. It’s been 3 days now that I have tried to get someone on the phone and although I’ve been calling during their business hours the recording says that I should call again during business hours. I then sent an email that was responded to telling me they had a confirmation number of purchase and that I needed to refer to the email. I was clear there was no email to refer back to!!! I’m infuriated and don’t want to dispute at the bank in case I actually did get tickets. They charged quite a bit of money and yet no one can provide information or answer a phone. Seems like a scam! Should I report to BBB??

This is totally unacceptable the way this website takes advantage of people. A $30 ticket ends up costing you $125.00 and the sad part is it is General admission. I would not recommend this website for purchasing anything. You can simply go to the Improv or the actual place of business website. Yes, I got hackled but never again and just want others to avoid getting taken advantage of also.

Total Bait & Switch - BEWARE!
Total Bait & Switch! BEWARE!!!! They sold me tickets which were not the same as advertised initially. They made absolutely 0 effort to resolve issue or accommodate. Notice how they have no page for reviews, I.e. Yelp, Google, etc? Totally shady!
I bought tickets from the website
I bought tickets from the website, choose electronic delivery, and got a confirmation email that said tickets would be delivered later. No problem since the event wasn't for a few weeks. However I never got the tickets sent to me and even though I sent a email 48 hours prior to the event, the customer service didn't respond till after my event. I was unable to get those tickets and then they said according to their policy they can't refund me since the event wasn't canceled even after acknowledging they hadn't delivered the tickets. I guess buyer be ware with TicketWeb.

I tried getting tickets for a Tessa violet concert went through the link on the website and after checkout it sent me tickets for a different band at the same location they said they won’t refund or exchange
These people are heartless jerks!
I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong day while busy at work. They refused to do anything to help. Heartless. Fortunately, the venue let me in with the tix from the previous evening. It didn't cost them anything to do and they weren't jerks like the people at TicketWeb.

I don't usually leave reviews for these things, but the negative reviews I read on here lowkey stressed me out for two months until I was finally scanned into my concert yesterday. Purchased tickets on Ticketweb for a kpop concert and received the PDFs within an hour of purchase. Even after that, I was wondering if the tickets were legit because of what I've read. My friends and I attended the concert without any issues yesterday. Only took off a star because the fees are pretty high.

I searched for my show through Ticketmaster. It linked to Ticketweb where I made my purchase. The show is tonight. When I went to ticketweb to check my tickets, the site stated that I have no upcoming shows or purchases.
Clicked the link for customer service, it brought me to a game.
100% scam site.

If you read all the 1 star reviews, it definitely seems like a bunch of privileged gen z A-holes whining because they did something stupid and the company didn't reward their douchebaggery. I ordered tickets to a show, received the tickets in my email almost immediately, going to go to the show. Pretty stoked about it. I hope the tickets are legit, some dbag mentioned that the tickets themselves weren't legit. Hope they are.
There has to be a better policy for refunds, because this is not it.
Purchased tickets for a show. Unfortunately the sole band we wanted to see was forced off of the lineup, and no refund was offered. Tried reaching out and was essentially told to kick rocks. Felt like a bait and switch. Won’t be purchasing tickets from TicketWeb or TicketMaster again.
Scam
The event I had tickets for was cancelled in February. I have yet to get my refund and they stopped responding. I hope they enjoy my $87.02. I will never order from them again.
