Have been using this bot on a few of my servers. Does what is advertised and you cannot beat the pricing of their premium features.
Active support and developer as well which makes you feel welcomed and that they truly care about helping our communities. Honestly could not ask for anything more. Any new features added are just icing on the delicious cake.
This is one of the best and is the best FREE discord bot for tickets helps with all sorts of ROBLOX servers and much more!

The $5 investment I made for Tickety was DEFINITELY worth it! I've used various Ticket bots, and I've found this one to be the most User-friendly. The help commands are straight forward and easy to understand. The support team is very friendly and provides accurate information to help you utilize the bot to it's fullest potential.

The bot doesn't have many functions. It just have the command management of the whole system. A few years ago the bot was great and had more functions than other ticket bots. But now he just copies Tickettool. In my opinion they shouldn't copy Tickettool. They should think about unique features Tickettool doesn't have.
And you have to do all with commands. That's annoying. A dashboard would be much better but they are developing it since ages...

We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with Tickety recently. Though I would like to mention that the only recent added feature found in other bots is the reaction menu, which had very popular request from our users.
We also have a dashboard available, which has been available for months, you can find this at https://panel.tickety.net/servers.
The reason the dashboards main page says that its still in development is because only the servers tab is currently available, containing settings, ticket overview and blacklists for your server.

Tickety is helpful especially for those with Discord servers on the larger side. Lets you respond to questions much quicker and are not lost within the feed

Tickety is an overall great ticket bot with cool features which are easy to use. Its premium features are definitely worth it and make the bot just that little bit better. It did have a long period of downtime within the past year, but it is now under much better leadership who are friendly, helpful and fix issues extremely quickly if they ever arise. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic bot, had some downtime for a long period of time but it has come back stonger than ever, active development and would highly recommend the bot to anyone thinking about using the bot.
Premium features are really useful and well worth the purchase!

It's good. If you can't afford the premium the free version is fine. However, if you can afford premium for $5 it's worth the money. I guess if you really don't want to make your own ticket bot. However, I don't see the bot get updated often and the website looks outdated and there are a few bugs with the website which are really annoying so that's why I've thought about creating my own.
It does its function ok I guess.
