I bought a Personalized Canvas Wall Art with name and date of our kids. The frame ordered along with the canvas was to big to fit the picture, so I had to cut it to fit. After this the picture did not "fit" right, and the picture was misaligned. Tried several times to contact customer support, but they where not very helpful. The only solution they offered severa times was 5 USD refund. I paid 71 USD for the picture, and am not at all staisfied, so did not accept the 5 USD.

THERES NO TRACKING, THEY DONT KNOW WHERE YOUR ORDER IS, IM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER FROM 8 WEEKS AGO! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hold jer langt væk fra det fup firma. De sender et tracking nummer, der kam følges til Dk og pludselig kommer der et nyt fra kina, som også forsvinder. De svarer godt nok, men kører i samme rille om, at jeg skal have tålmodighed. Nu er der gået 3 mdr!

I ordered a picture from Tiemges Reviews on September 2nd, and it's now October 20th with no sign of my order. I strongly suspect this company is a scam. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of them.

Terrible customer service
Ordered 3 canvases yet only received 2 and was offered $2 compensation refund and told that I could keep the item (that I didn’t receive)
I was eventually offered $6 refund when the item cost me just under $20
How insulting and what a disgrace as I did not receive the item and yet they keep insisting that the item was sent
I had to send a photo of the items that I received yet they can’t provide me with a photo to prove that they sent it
Do not buy from this business as they are rip off merchants

This company is an absolute joke! I wish I had read these reviews first. All the 1 starts are spot on. Wish I could give zero. I ordered a 'custom' pet portrait. And expected what you see on their site. They advertise beautiful hand illustrated custom portraits done by their artists. It's a lie! After well over a month waiting what arrived was a cheaply printed canvas with no customisation whatsoever and to make matters worse it wasn't framed like advertised. They included a DIY frame to mount the canvas on which was the wrong size. Utterly useless. I've been back and forth with them fighting for a refund as per their 'money back guarantee' and they keep telling me I got the correct order and that maybe I can gift it to a friend. Like wft. Why would I give a portrait of my beloved and recently deceased dog 😢

Here Reading for all these bad reviews about this company and I don't understand why I ordered a canvas about six weeks ago and I ordered the wrong one they were more than happy to change the details for me because it hadn't been shipped it got to me within five weeks I couldn't have been more happier with the customer service

DO NOT order from this company, took nearly 2 months to arrive , ordered a frame ... it came so I had to build it, instructions pointless and looks so cheap ... can't believe I paid $48 for it... AVOID at all costs

I ordered a £40 canvas on 7th July all I get put through to is an automated load of crap 16rh Aug still no sign of my canvas scamming bs DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE 😡😡

Do not order from this company I ordered an ocean breeze canvas which is a palm tree with a nice wooden name sign . Sent me something totally different (a street sign instead of a palm tree etc ) then proceeded to tell me the one I received was the one I ordered when you can clearly see on the tax invoice the picture I ordered is not the picture I received. Then they just tell me sorry for the inconvenience . I wish I read reviews before ordering it's Robbery so furious.

Ordered a canvas 6 weeks ago and nothing back the website says they’re in the uk then it says it’s coming from America yet some of the tracking information is Chinese?? I’ve tried complaining on the tracking site also through theirs yet both send you to the exact same automated thing. Avoid at all cost complete scammers

ordered two canvases, one small and one big. in tiemges's own tracking systems, they give the illusion that it's produced and shipped from US, while in reality it's made and shipped from China.

As Tiemges filled out information wrong in the adressfields, none of the canvases reached me, but were returned by Norwegian Postal office.

Customer service is a joke, and I now believe my 90 us dollars are lost.

I will never recommend this firm to anyone.

I ordered two canvas prints the small one does not even fit the frame it is no good too me now plus its been 2 months and my large canvas has not arrived so i would not recommend this to anyone im feeling very let down.

Waited a month and a half. For it to come with all dates printed totally wrong. Including 1 being born 2028??? It's only 2023. No happy one bit. Even customer service was poor. After asking for update after a month all I got was I had to wait. The site asked to input Date the British way and came American way wich is totally fine, if they hadn't of mixed all dates up....

Havde en uheldig oplevelse da jeg bestilte billede med ramme og da det kom så passede rammen desværre ikke.
Skrev frem og tilbage med dem og fik med nød og næppe refunderet 8 dollars (ca.55-60 kr ) selv om rammen kostede omkring ca.20 dollars (ca 150-160 kr)
