This shelving was perfect for me to declutter my garage, however, assembly takes longer than 5mins but is easy to put together and is quite sturdy once assembled. My parcel came & was marked up with the 'Dennyshop' logo. After checking Denyshop website I noticed a similar unit, £13 cheaper (at time of writing)
Not only was the shelving product poor quality and rather puny two of the units were pre used too. Simply put do NOT buy from this company if you want a good product and any type of customer service.
Bought 5. Flimsy and definitely would not be risking anything heavy on these.
Asked for a refund. Found out that I not only have to pay the return postage, but they will deduct £10 off of each set (£50) as a restocking fee. So If I want a refund I will get less than 50% of what I originally paid. Will never buy again from this company.

So having seen some shelving units for sale on here from Tiershelving at a reasonable price, I ordered 5 units.
Since then I have had one unit delivered and emailed constantly to find a delivery date, I have had the following excuses for the other 4:
1. We sometimes deliver units seperately.
2.There has been an issue with the courier (RTS) and we will sort it asap.
3. We have had to open a claim in with our courier and will get it resolved asap.
After emailing once again, they have supplied me with 3 tracking numbers( 1 hermes and 2 royal mail) stating they have been delivered and there is nothing the can do!
so I tracked my deliveries on the Royal Mail site and surprise, surprise both numbers they quoted do not exist.
They are actively posting on all online platforms to get more orders, which is worrying when they do not deliver the orders they have.
