A great service …
A great service and responsive when issues occurred. The onsite team were excellent and executed their tasks efficiently and with little disruption. The gym has been a success used by the whole family. A good investment from a good supplier

Absolutely first class service from…
Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Tim came out and delivered what he promised. Louise in the office kept me up to date with everything and pulled all the strings. Very organised and easy to deal with if I needed any help
The installers and Electrican were all excellent. Clean, tidy, worked hard and came when they said…. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Well done to everyone at Tiger Shed

I can honestly say
I can honestly say, this is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. We spent approximately £90k, the roof leaked, took ages to sort out, the flooring is warped and it is now four years on and still not sorted.
It is the customer service that is the problem, I appreciate things can go wrong but you are ignored for months, then promised it will be sorted, then ignored for months. Plenty of other companies out there, don't bother with this one.

The roof issue was resolved some time ago, and we’ve remained in contact with you regarding the vinyl flooring. While the original vinyl floor product was selected by you in agreement with the supplier, they’ve since offered a free-of-charge alternative, which we’ve supported as part of our ongoing efforts to reach a fair outcome.
We understand the frustration and are keen to bring this to a close as soon as possible, so our team will contact you directly and as a business continue to make improvements to our customer service.

A brilliant decision
I rarely leave reviews but this company deserves it. From the very first enquiry to the completion of our build this was exceptional customer service. The site review, the design process to our needs, the build and all trades were very punctual and to a very high standard. During the build process the daily communication between Louise on the progress was very reassuring along with the friendliness of the team on the ground made this run very smoothly. A big financial commitment for us but money well spent . Tiger are how all companies should be run not just the few the end product was a brilliant home office which we will convert to a summer house when we retire. Our best decision was to view one of their demonstrator cabins where you could go along and see and feel for yourself the quality of the product. We had looked online and visited a couple of other buildings but came back to Tiger and so happy we did. Their website was very professionally laid out and gave multiple designs well worth a look aswell.

Fantastic service
We were looking for a garden pod and came across Tiger Modular. We contacted Tiger and the experience from start to finish has been excellent. All questions answered promptly, very helpful with any queries, very accommodating for any changes. Cannot praise the construction team highly enough, on time, efficient, friendly and very tidy. Electrician and plumber were the same very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, nothing is too much trouble for this company. We are delighted with our build and cannot recommend Tiger Modular enough, would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for a garden building. Thankyou Tim, Louise and the team, everyone is a credit to you're company.

Tiger modular is exceptional…
We commissioned Tiger Modular to build a gym and bathroom with the proviso that the whole building needed to be designed and built over a 45 day period.
The company far exceeded our expectations and were fantastic from start to finish.
Tim fully understood the brief and brilliantly designed the unit and the team at headquarters were quick and professional in all points of contact.
Every member of the construction team was extremely polite, hard working and professional.
The building is such high quality and in all my experience, I have never experienced zero issues in post build snagging.
Top notch and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish.
I could not recommend Tigermodular highly enough. Tim understood our brief perfectly and had designs with us within only a few days. Communication with Louise the Coordinator throughout was amazing and the team of builders were so efficient and hardworking. Cannot fault our experience at all.
We are delighted with our garden room. Even our neighbours have commented on how nice it is!

Wonderful garden building created by a great team.
The teams that turned up to Work on our build were fantastic. Each one of them was polite and just got on with the job to be done. Anything that was unclear they checked with us beforehand. The work was carried out to a good standard and we are very happy with our building. The work was carried out on time with no delays. Great cohesive service from the offset from all members, keeping us up to date right the way through.

Teamwork at its best!
From start to finish we couldn’t fault Tiger Modular. From the moment Tim came round to view the site, we knew we were in good hands. He set up a WhatsApp group so we could keep in touch and ask any questions (which were answered promptly) Everything happened on schedule and I still can’t quite believe how quickly and efficiently all the work was carried out!
The whole team was friendly, and the workmanship was excellent with everything done on time. - you can’t ask for more than that.
We now have a fantastic outdoor ‘lounge’ which we had time to decorate way ahead of Christmas.
Credit and many thanks to everyone at Tiger Modular. We are very happy customers!
