Beautiful item. Well made and highly recommend. They did send wrong colour but they responded quickly and got correct colour out that day with no hassle. So customer service was great.

Great customer service
I contacted Tilnarart as a small bird ornament I had purchased from a garden centre some distance from where I live was faulty (feet fell off). Response to my email was very quick and a replacement ornament was offered only asking for cost of postage. Replacement arrived within a couple of days. Communication throughout was polite and friendly.

The item came very well packaged.
