The pearl earrings were exquisite. They are a nice modest size and fit at the tip of the ear lobe which is a refreshing variation.

I just purchased few earrings for the teachers. It came super fast and with a thank you card for teachers and bags included for gift boxes. It made my life easy. So thankful!

I ordered booking flower pearl with 12mm size pearl but I got smaller size. Do I have to return it for replacement?

First kissing fish bracelet I ordered tranished, second same bracelet I ordered does not have the same amount of pearls and it is shorter, it does not fit and fish pieces smaller and different. I asked timeless pearl to replace and repair these bracelets but no one responded. I still can not use my new order because it is shorter. There is no size on the page, it is one size and from the pictures with the pearl counts it should fit but mine has 13 each side and shorter than previous order and does not fit. They either should take these orders back and return my money or send me new ones which are correct size and right size of fish pieces. Timeless pearl has not responded to me so far. I am still waiting

I love the Easter earrings I purchased. I had so many nice comments that I continued to wear them 2 weeks after Easter was over!

Both necklaces arrived just a couple of days after I ordered, and the pearls of both are outstanding! One piece is a special birthday gift for a family member who has a June birthday! That pearl is large, round, and beautifully lustrous. The other is for me. That pearl is absolutely PERFECT! Round, incredibly high luster, and no scratches or visible imperfections! I am returning a pair of earrings that had and issue with the prompt provided return label. I am awaiting the replacement pair.
