Have purchased casio watches and they are seding fake ones. Paypal or credit card no one is helping and the merchant is keep saying this is real item.

Don't waste your money here. I received my Moonswatch pretty much on time.
That's the only good thing. The watch had paint on the wrists ban, scratches and the bezel. Chronograph isn't aligned. I'm not sure but it looks like a fake.
Customer Service is awful, I sent multiple requests in the last month and only got 1 response, but no refund and no more contact with them.

I searched Google shopping for a specific G-Shock watch and their listing showed up as a result with a decent price for the watch. I went to their site and browsed, it wasn't until I saw the business address that I was comfortable to purchase. I live in Miami and the business address represented was in Hallandale 10 mile NE of me. I went ahead and made the purchase, after a couple of days without getting any communication about the item being shipped, I decided to drive by the Hallandale address, and as I suspected Timeless Pieces is nowhere in sight. After seeing that they misrepresented the address I called the phone number listed which not surprisingly is no good. I immediately contacted them via the contact page on their site letting them know that I passed by the location listed and called the phone number to no avail. I stated that I want to cancel the order for a full refund. No response for 2 days , I then get a shipping notification, but never a response. The item finally arrives from China and it's counterfeit. After all of that I was sent a fake G-Shock. I am sure that they do not sell any authentic watches at all. Buyer beware do not buy from this website.

Like many others, I purchased what turned out to be fake watches from this company. Same story: the don't tell you they ship from China until it's too late. They want you to think they are a real company in Florida. I tried canceling once I saw the tracking info. They refused. On 12/4/22, Leo from customer service wrote back and said "please once you receive the watch from us you can review it and should you not be satisfied with the watch we will refund you." Once I received the watches I wrote and asked for that refund they promised. The watches are obviously fake. The most obvious sign: the packaging isn't the same as a genuine Moonswatch. I even sent them a video of how to identify genuine watches. The company has since gone dark and isn't responding. This is a scam and they sell fake watches. One of the reviewers said they were contacting the FBI. I'd be happy to help with that.

Fake moonswatches from Asia. Not even close to the real thing. Reporting them to the FBI as well as my card company.

Supposedly from Florida ships through Hong Kong.

The hassle free return policy is a lie. They won't accept the fake watches back.

Claim to be in Miami, but are actually a Chinese company selling fake watches but claiming they are real and charging the full price. I bought a Swatch Moonwatch, it was dispatched from China via Hong Kong. It is a very obvious fake, the give away is that the battery cover is not removable as it would be on the real thing, it is just molded to look like the real thing.

Absolute scam site. Won’t reply to emails. Watches. Swatch omega are not genuine. But they won’t reply to refund requests. Says based in Florida yet watches came from china. Do not buy from these people
