Timepiece360 Opiniones

Amazing company and team.
I bought watches, fixed watches and authenticated watches with Timepiece360 and my experience has always been amazing.

The team is very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I have always found the watch lineup and variety to be great and there is always something new for different budgets.

I would highly recommend Timepiece360 for anyone looking for a hassle free and straight forward watch experience whether it is buying, selling, maintenance or authentication.

They told me the watch is fake

I bid for a watch in a Timepiece 360 auction, and then cancelled my bid by sending them an email, on the same day. My bid was made on the 6th of April 2024, and the auction was suppose to end on the 14th of April. However they took a 15% deposit ( £1012.00) on my credit card, on the 6th, some 8 days before the auction was to suppose to end.
Despite sending many emails, requesting for the deposit to be refunded, over the past 5 months, they are only providing automated mail, and will not confirm the details of the watch, or where the watch is. They refuse to refund my deposit.

They had the exactly timepiece watch i was looking for looked after me guided me through the buying process very happy with the watch and the service provided thankyou ...

I have bought watches from Timepiece360 on several occasions, and always been extremely happy. The staff are very knowledgable and informed about watches, brand history and the current market. As a bonus, there is even a qualified watchmaker and service centre on site. I have met with the founder Khaled, who was a complete gentleman. He is clearly an accomplished businessman who is always willing to help should there be any issues, putting the customer first at every opportunity. I have been dealing with Christine who really impressed me with not only her customer service skills, but horology and market knowledge.

I can highly recommend Timepiece360 to anybody, the best watch destination in Dubai.

Amazing experience. Purchased the Hublot Vision IV and it was a wonderful experience from all the team. Len was fantastic and very helpful with the order and timeframe of picking up the watch. Took the family to pick up the watch and the staff were all wonderful and welcoming. Truly recommended to everyone, and the prices are very good! 10/10 experience highly recommended and will definitely be shopping from them again!

Smooth transaction; easy ordering, fast shipping, watch came as described. Packing could be a bit better.

Bad experience… not professional in managing all customers equally. Biased approach. No transparency on price it keeps changing based on them.. not all stocks avail in their premises as they source it from outside.

Service was great, warm welcome, very professional and reliable. On short notice they could deliver the watch we were looking for.
Will buy there again!

I have purchased 2 watches from Timepiece360 and this was my first auction. What a fun experience, especially watching my bid the last hour to ensure that no one overbid me. This time I purchased a piece of jewelry. I definitely like the expanded range of products and will be looking for the right luxury bag as my next purchase.

Very helpful team, smooth bidding experience and good after sales service

Website is so easy to navigate, the selection and the variety of good quality watches is outstanding.

Very bad service. Order got cancelled with no apology email or call from their end. Overall experience is very bad
