From when I first went to the garage to look at the car
There were no pushy salesmen trying to sell to you, he come out of the office and asked if we needed help with any particular car, we said which one we was interested in he then went and got the keys and take it for a test drive. I must say that there was nothing that they wouldn't do to to help from start to finish. Very rare for me to leave feedback but when you have service and quality I have had from Tim Haywards car sales I have to leave a five stars for five star service.

Where do I even start. From the moment I enquired about the car and Oscar picked up and walked me through the process to Tristan sorting out the final bits and Peter and another friendly gentleman delivering the car, everything was superb. I was a bit adamant buying a car I hadn't seen in person but I was sent over 100 pictures and videos. I will definitely be returning to Tim Hayward for my next car and recommend them to friends and family alike. 5* Treatment.

I run an E-commerce website so know all about buying online and reviews. However, I never thought that I would ever purchase a car online, I think the old tyre kicking may be a thing of the past, especially with these guys. Well I must say I was extremely surprised with the most professional service from these guys, from the first phone call through to delivery. Tristan was so helpful and certainly not like the usual pushy salesman and made the transition of a trade in painless and easy. The car I bought is everything I expected with no hidden surprises, everything I was told, and what was advertised were exactly to the point.
I would recommend these guys 100%, you can't go wrong. I am so impressed!

I must also say a special thank you to Peter, the lovely gentleman that had to delivery my car from Cardiff to Lincolnshire.. What a drive! and then drive the trade in car back. Peter was very professional and adhered to all the 'Covid' regulations, which I found comforting as I don't like confronting people to put masks on etc. Peter made the whole exchange quick and efficient, thank you Peter

After a lot of searching we found the Volvo we were after. Tristan at Tim Hayward was very easy to work with. The car was delivered efficiently by Peter two days after we had made the decision to buy. He was very helpful explaining the workings of the new car and we were up-and-running very quickly.

It’s clear that Tim Hayward pride themselves on truly unique cars with exceptional features ( I bought an SLK in Jan with additional features I could not find anywhere else) but equally an amazing and honest after care service. I needed a second key for the car and they have been so quick to resolve the issue and have been very friendly and professional throughout.

It’s rare to find such authentic and honest service these days so thank you!

I am very pleased with the whole experience of buying a used car from Tim Hayward Car Sales. From the moment that I reserved the car on their website to picking up the car from their premises, I cannot fault any of it. Over a period of a few days, I spoke with both Tim and Tristan, both whom were both professional and down to earth, so that you could have a normal and friendly chat and get any quires answered. I did not get to meet Tim in person but met Tristan when I collected the car and, as expected, he was a smashing guy. I can't praise these guys highly enough and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends, family and to buy again from them in the future. If only all car salesmen were like them, I'm sure that they would sell more cars. My car was exactly as described, if not better and with the usual facilities of part ex, warranties and immaculately presented cars, they really are second to non. Buying a new car can be a bit stressful and full of uncertainty but a big thank you to Tim and Tristan, for a stress free, easy and pleasant buying experience.
