I'd been to several dealerships to look at used cars before going to test drive one at this branch. This was by far the best experience, a lengthy test drive that allowed me to get to know the car, and helpful, friendly advice with no pushiness from the salesperson, Gabriella. Ian went through every detail thoroughly from the particular features of the vehicle, he also took care of the cherished plate transfer and road tax. Before committing to purchasing the car I was given the opportunity to take a proper test drive which is not always the case. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I felt that Ian didn't rush me in making a decision for a 'quick sale', he guided me through everything and made sure the car met the right criteria (essentially something I could get an instrument in and out of easily) - he let me try my instrument out in the car too to ensure it fit well without any worries or tetris work.
