I have just in the last hour took delivery of a second hand Subaru forester from Ian Bell of TIM Nottingham .
I’m in Cheshire and we did the transaction over the phone until the delivery day.
Although nervous with sight unseen buying there was no reason to be .
Car was exactly as discribed beautiful and I look forward to my first drive .
Ian was fantastic a credit to the company and a nice chap as well

I must say that the whole experience off buying a vehicle from t.i.m uk motors was excellent.
Ian from the very first contact was great he couldnt do enough for me. He wasnt pushy in the slightest.
He provided an honest description off the vehicle and was true to his word.
I feel i have got the truck i wanted.

When I arrived at the neat showroom I felt welcomed into their space. On buying a car, the experience was made to be as easy and straightforward as possible. The features of the car were explained to me and I was able to drive away with confidence

There are so many videos and articles online these days that do not represent the true experience of purchasing and owning a car. My advice is to go to the showroom yourself and try a car for real

I first spoke with Ian about a used vehicle. He was incredibly helpful and he spent about 20 minutes answering my queries. I later found out he was on holiday at the time - wow dedication of the highest order. He never rushed me or tried to cut me short. I recently purchased my first car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I found the car I wanted online and visted to take a look at it to ensure I was happy with it. I then sorted out the insurance and meanwhile the team at t.i.m uk motors gave the car the works. I came back to pay and pick it up and Ian gave me a full walkthrough of the paperwork and the car itself. I couldn't be happier with how myself and the car were treated and would definitely recommend.
