Easy to switch phones
Hi Tinhat were very helpful and easy to use to register my new phone to switch from my old out of use phone with no issues.i just needed basic info about the phobe such as a proof of purchase and imei number.

We have looked in to this policy and can confirm that your claim was declined in line with the terms and conditions you have signed for. This is an unfortunate event however if you feel there is any further assistance you require on your claim, please contact the claims team.

I had taken out this Insurnace for my husband’s phone, since 2019 no problems so far and told be that they would be reducing the DD by £1.00 which makes a difference but as he has brought a new phone it’s £8.99 which still is not bad.
