Why in the hell are you going to have an online store if you are not going to honor the transaction, I make an Order #310716, on Friday, Jun 5, 2020, on Tuesday, Jun 9 I sent an email asking when he is going to ship. Matt Wilson replies "Sir, you placed this order on the 5th. There is no shipping on Saturday and we are closed on Sunday and Monday. Thanks, Matt Wilson, Owner" (so refreshing to speak directly to the owner). But as you can see, no ETA. I think about giving them some time. So I wait until Thursday, Jun 11, 2 full days later. I contact them on their website chat, I asked about how much time they need to ship the item. Right away Matt replies asking if there was a problem and offers me a refund. I reply that I was more interested in getting the item. He told me that this is not amazon, I asked how much time do you need, he replies he doesn't have time for games and now (as a punishment) he will do a refund. What is wrong with this guy, he has such a short fuse. I was looking for simple information, I didn't argue, I didn't fight. I don't deserve this treatment.
