Once again Tiny Feet managed to get a very specific item for me in record time when everyone else was quoting 3-4 weeks - they did it in 3-4 days!!! Just brilliant service every time!

We ordered online and staff was polite and helpful. A bit of struggle with delivery information and updates, though.

I placed an order in June and did not receive the item after a few weeks, so I emailed customer service. They told me that the item was put on website by mistake as the item was sold out. They asked me if I wanted a refund and I replied yes. It’s been more than a month, still haven’t receive any refund to my account. Customer service was very bad. I emailed them twice to remind and ask about the refund but no reply so far.

Online order for travel system bundle at competitive price. Email query was dealt with immediately, received telephone call to make sure delivery had been made. Lovely personable customer service.

Brilliant communication, I was updated throughout via email at the progress of my delivery.
I received a phone call the morning my pram was scheduled to be delivered and again the same evening to ensure i was happy with the purchase.

Placed an order back in June with the full expectation of a delay etc due to COVID. However have still not received the item!! No updates, no response from the customer service team - It’s impossible to get hold of anyone! No idea if/when our travel system will turn up - imagine the stress and worry this adds to expecting parents!! We’re all trying to muddle through these difficult times but COVID is no excuse for this kind of customer service!!

We had a great experience from start to finish getting our pram and bedside crib from Tiny Feet.

Shehzad was extremely helpful navigating us through all the options available in the market that suited what we were looking for without being a pushy sales person. We felt he provided an unbiased view on pros and cons of all the brands we were interested to see and accesories that were worth buying. We had a one on one consultation where he answered all our questions, demonstrated features and managed our expectations around delivery dates due to the pandemic, he kept us updated as items started to come through.

We chose to wait for everything to arrive in store before we took delivery, when the bedside crib I had picked got delayed by the manufacturer, Shehzad happily agreed to let us change our order to another model in stock and had everything delivered to our door just 3 days after! All items were properly packaged and we are very happy with our purchase. We would highly recommend buying here!

Ordered it on the friday and it was with me by the Wednesday unbelievable service. Any questions asked to the company from either me or my partner were answered efficiently and more importantly honestly. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Due to COVID-19 I knew the parcel was going to take a while to be delivered as it was not from tiny feet themselves it was bebecar. Every time I emailed them asking for an update, I always had a respond.
Customer service was excellent and on top perform considering how busy they are.
