I recently had the pleasure of using Tiny Feet to purchase my baby's carseat. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I inquired up until I placed my order, the customer service team was very informative and helpful.

The delivery itself was remarkably speedy. They gave me a tracking number so I was able to get real time updates....I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package in Miami just a few days(less than a week) after it was shipped from the UK even with severe weather conditions.

I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for future shipments!

Came upon this little gem after trying some large London department stores that had display models only, ans it turned out that Tiny Feet were able to help secure the product I was after without any problem or waiting.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly, up to date on all international shipping procedures and times, Shehzad was patient, had answers to all of my questions, had a good attitude, and was well versed about all the products, not to mention was fully up front about all costs for shipping abroad and followed up until the items shipped.
Shop floor is no frills, substance over style, and stocked with the most requested models. I needed a specific, popular car seat that the other stores would only be able to provide in about a week, but Tiny Feet delivered! Great experience and will go back for any baby stroller accessory or baby item I might need.

The staff was helpful through the entire process: from investigating the best solution for our needs, to testing the products in store, to the delivery.

Tiny Feet is a lovely family business shop with all you need for your new baby. The owners are extremely prepared and very patient and friendly, and they talked us through a lot of details about different carrycots, car seats etc…they have very high standard brands! They are always available and were very efficient in delivering the items. I definitely recommend to visit their shop if you are expecting!!

I had a really bad experience with Tiny Feet and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would rate the 0 stars if I could.

I ordered an Egg2 tandem seat in quartz from them since they were the only ones claiming to have it in stock after Baby Style discontinued it.

A week went by after I placed my order, and I heard nothing, even though they took my money right away. I emailed them and filled out their contact form multiple times, but got no response. Another week passed with no updates. I had to reach out on their Facebook page just to get any kind of reply.

Even then, I had to chase them two more times just to get basic info about my order. Their customer service was terrible, and it was obvious I wasn't going to get my product anytime soon.

In the end, I had to do a PayPal chargeback to get my money back. The whole experience was super frustrating and a huge waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Tiny Feet!
