Ordered a custom stainless steel bento lunchbox in large from Tinyme. First of all, the lunchbox doesn’t open easily if it’s cold. So the accompanying cold pack is a waste of time. Not a problem if you’re an adult but for young children it’s a liability. And the lunchboxes are clearly aimed at young children, with their custom unicorn decals and such. The decals aren’t the best quality to be honest. And finally… 2nd week of term and the lunchbox is completely broken. Plastic snap locks have fallen to pieces and the rubber seal has come away. Never been put through dishwasher. Total joke of a product.

SCAMMED.
Ordered some custom stickers in early July. Nothing arrived. Contacted them and they said may be an issue as I provided incorrect postal code (why did I fall for this)
Repurchased as they supplied me a 50% reprint discount. Still nothing.
Got in touch with NZ Post and even after telling them all about it, they believe I got scammed too.
$70 down the drain!
Don’t make my mistake.

I ordered them 10 days ago. They said they have shipped it but they can't send a tracking number. It never arrived. I feel it's a fraud website

Never received. Contacted for a refund. frustrated as have used before with no issues. Now lost faith

Cannot believe it! After purchasing from them last year for my daughter’s nursery uniform tags I knew I wanted to purchase them again! Unfortunately I ordered them on the 6th I’ve had no tracking number and have received no updates. The labels haven’t arrived and my emails have been unanswered. Incredibly frustrating as I was being organised and ordered way in advance to now not only be out of pocket and without an order but also now scrambling to try to find replacements.

These sticker clothing labels will come off after one wash/dry. All three of our kids' camp clothes lost 90% of the name sticker labels in only one wash.

Careless breaches of data protection and very unprofessional. They sent me a stamp with somebody else’s name. They sent my order with our phone number and name to another customer.

I received my delivery today which had unfortunately broke (name tag). I emailed and explained what had happened. To my surprise they replied within an hour, and said they’d be sending me a replacement one right away. Only to look a mere 3hours later and they have already shipped my order! To be here by the end of the week.
This is a company who actually cares for its customers it really did show today.
So thank you, Tinyme.
You’ve got a customer for life.

Absolutely blown away by Tinyme’s customer service and care for their customers.

Almost 7 months after purchasing my daughter’s customised bento lunch box, the lid broke with regular school use. I reached out simply hoping to buy a plain white replacement lid with no name on it — but Tinyme went above and beyond and sent a brand new customised lid with my child’s name again.

It honestly says so much about the brand, their quality of service and the love they put into what they do. In a world where good customer service is rare, this experience truly stood out.

Products are good however the delivery not so much. I chased for a tracking link and when there were no tracking updates the customer service team said to wait another week and see if it turns up! It was cleared missed as when the parcel arrived the postage sticker had the customer service representatives name on it as a reference!

Been ordering these stickers for the past 5 years! I love them as the designs are so cute and they last for ages! Excellent value would definitely recommend.

Received stickers, shoe tags, and iron on labels! So excited to use these they are so cute and great quality! Customer service was great.

I ordered the hard surface labels. Cute designs and customisable packages. After a year they are fading, but still sticking to the surface. I had problems with some of them to be able to peel them off the sheet. I raised it with customer service and were offered a reprint of labels. How good is that. Soo from customer service was great.

I have always used petit fernand labels but this year thought I’d try tinyme.
I ordered a stamp set and stickers.
Using the stamp was an absolute disaster.
It ran all over brand new uniform and leaked through the white shirts. I have emailed tinyme regarding this but have had no response. I have moved away from the stamp and continued to label all items with the stickers but again extremely disappointed as it comes off in my washing machine after every wash.
I am very disappointed with this product and the zero customer support service . Don’t waste money on this product. Much rather spend a couple of pennies more on a decent product…: Not only have I had to order better quality labels but I also have had to buy more school uniform that was ruined by tinyme products

I have used their labels in the past for hard surfaces, like my son’s water bottle and they have been fine. However, I have now used their iron on and stick on fabric labels and none of them are lasting. It’s a complete waste of money as I’m now having to relabel everything again.

Ordered stick on and iron on name labels for the uniform.
The iron on labels look lovely but as for getting them off the printed sheet they are attached to is a nightmare.
I’m having to use a pin to lift a corner slightly so I can peel it off but it is damaging the edge.
I haven’t washed them yet so I don’t know how long they will last. After reading these reviews I’ll double label everything I think.
They are lovely but I don’t think I’d order more in the future.

I iron on several labels today one is already coming off and it hasn’t even been washed . I followed instructions carefully so it is clearly faulty which is not great for labels that are quite expensive looks like I’m just going to have to use sharpie

Faulty Iron on labels
Iron-on labels do not stay on and fade after a few washes. Only had them on my child's clothes for about a month. I raised the issue with them and I was accused of lying as they could not verify how long the labels had been on them despite me sending pictures and stating I was not after anything from them. Appalling customer service from Sandy Bass in particular

Not received any confirmation, tracking or product yet. It was a xmas present, I've asked for a refund and not heard back yet.
Wouldn't reccomend.

The stamp is expensive, thick writing that blurs and washed out almost after 1 30 minute 30° wash! Waste of money.
