Brilliant service, just disappointed that my delivery cost was £40 instead of £25, I thought I was local only being 3 miles away from Rugeley.
The driver was first class and rang me to see where to put the items, can’t ask for better than that.

I used the click and collect service. Easy to use and the price for the items needed was very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful when I went to collect.

Very good, easy and efficient service. Not bombarded with emails etc. some might like that, though. Couldn’t fault them.

Ordered online 23/8 for delivery 28/8. Two bulk bags delivered on my selected day by very helpful driver who offloaded bags exactly where I wanted them. A confimation of delivery on selected day and ETA by text or email on day of delivery would give 5 stars.

I ordered some blocks to build a wall was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, now Friday and having contacted them several times today Is Friday and I’m still waiting they cannot guarantee delivery tomorrow I will never use them again

The delivery arrived before the suggested time 👍.
The driver was great at placing the materials where we wanted them.
The reason you didn't get a 5 🌟, was the quality of the bulk bags - they split during lifting them & some of the stone /sand fell out before being placed on the ground.

Every time I've ordered from Tippers its arrived on the date required and the drivers have been first class. They have gone above and beyond to get the product to the required place or as close to as possible. Will always order from them
