Terrible customer service and confusing deceptive return policy.

The elastic that attached the wings broke multiple times. The material didn't take the dye very well so there were spots that didn't take the color. Overall the costume was comfortable. The best part was how fast the order showed up and the cute tail!!

The zipper was broken.

Not only was the costume exactly as I imagined, but their customer service was also great! Unfortunately, the mail carrier lost my package in the mail to no fault of Tipsy Elves - they rushed out a replacement for me to make sure I still got my Halloween costume in time :)

Shipping was faster than expected! I was really happy about that. It’s exactly as pictured! It was a big hit. The only issue I had with this whole experience was I had made a purchase of 3 items on the Afterpay and only 2 had been shipped. I reached out to customer service to let them know only 2 items were shipped. I never heard back from customer service, instead I got a refund for the third item that I was notified from Afterpay, instead of from customer service.

I will 100% recommend this maternity costume to all pregnant women for their next Halloween!

I originally ordered a XXL onesie. Once it came in, I realized it was too big. I was easily abel to do a return and got my replacement on time. It was fast and easy process.

I received a costume that was defective. While that was a bummer, customer service was excellent and quick. Due to inventory, they were unable to send out a replacement and immediately, no questions asked, provided me a 100% refund.

I initially received the wrong order, but it was rectified QUICKLY by someone on their team, and I got my costume (skeleton) in plenty of time for Halloween. AND I got a $10 refund.
They were so friendly and helpful. I LOVE the costume, too!
