Titan Pro 7 Ton log splitter
I bought the 7 ton log splitter a month ago and am delighted with its performance. It was delivered on time and had well detailed instructions on how to assemble it. However I was surprised how well constructed the machine was made, but even more surprised on it's performance. It is an incredibly robust machine that makes light work of even the hardest logs. It can split logs at an incredible speed and does not flinch no matter what kind of wood is applied. Their videos are so helpful for assembly and maintenance. And as for the guarantee you cannot fault it. All in all its the complete package and no more chopping with an axe and no more injuries. Titan has a first class winner in my opinion.

From the order, through delivery and then a small rectification dealt with by customer service, the whole process has been superb. The communication has been strong and helpful throughout. Titan-Pro Grass Sweeper - avoid
Purchased this for use with my ATV. Problems started immediately during assembly — parts simply don't align properly, making what should be a straightforward flat-pack build unnecessarily frustrating.
After just a few days of use, materials began fraying to the point the unit became unusable. For a product at this price point, that's unacceptable.
To make matters worse, replacement parts aren't available, so once it fails — and it will — you're left with an expensive piece of scrap. No option to repair, no option to source parts, just landfill.
Would strongly advise against purchasing. The build quality is nowhere near fit for purpose, and the lack of any aftermarket support shows a complete disregard for the customer once the sale is made. Very disappointed.

Bleed screw replacement
I needed a small bleed screw for a Titan Pro log splitter I inherited and it was in poor shape. I was able to find the part on the Titan website, order it on line and it arrived just a few days later. Not a big deal, but I will soon have a workable log splitter, I hope. Just the hydraulic oil to replace now.

Titan pro7 ton splitter and stand
Bought this titan pro7 ton splitter and what a machine it is. Nothing is too much for this splitter. It goes through logs like going through butter. I am glad I got it on the stand ready assembled. Delivery was good and the driver was very helpful. The total experience was perfect.Definately 5x

The actual log splitter is fantastic and I have always maintained it’s one of my better purchases. It’s does exactly what it says on the brochures and after much use I required a replacement pin. Rang up and got marvellous support and replacement part promptly shipped.

The log splitter itself is a lifesaver, works flawlessly and it’s taken care of anything I’ve thrown at it so far. I purchased a petrol log splitter many years ago. It worked extremely well for years, but was left ununsed for a long time and unsurprisingly it decided to not work when needed, but Titan have been superb in their after sales service and I highly recommend them
