10/10 experience from start to finish. Great communication from the team when organising. Made it nice and easy for us to arrange for a number of students to have their gumshields fitted at a time that suited all. Service from the fitting staff was great and they managed the fittings on the day really well. Quality of the product has proven to be great and any issues post fitting have been dealt with efficiently and successfully. Can’t recommend highly enough

Never received the product or any replies to multiple emails to customer service. They just stole my money and wasted me two weeks.

Update: company reached out to me multiple times to make it up. really cared about customer satisfaction. Hope it was a one-off incident. Will consider them again.

I ordered a mouthguard for my daughter quickly and easily without any hassle! The mouthguard fits perfectly and customer service were extremely helpful and happy to help when I called for an update on the order! Would recommend to anyone who plays sport and we will be definitely ordering another one next season! Much better than Opro we used previously.

I had a query regarding the mouth guards. I sent an email the response was quick. Explanation was clear, lady was knowledgeable about the products and how it worked etc she even sent me the link that I could order from.
Website was clear and easy to use. The mouth guard was easy to mould at home. Son is very happy, case is ok and easy for him to open. The product came very quickly through the post. I would recommend this product and this company.

The most attentive customer service in a world where it is difficult to get human interaction or empathy. A slight issue was dealt with within hours, solutions given and there was complete understanding of the needs of the customer.

We have just received the mouthguards for our 12 year old son who plays rugby and hockey. They are excellent!
In his words “they are the comfiest mouthguards I have ever had” - and that includes those ordered through the dentist at twice the price!

Ordered a custom ember mouthguard from titan ahead of the rugby season using the video call appointment. The process was really easy and the individual was really helpful, the delivery of the mouth guard was also really quick. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
