Just dont deal with people who are not…

Just dont deal with people who are not organized. Always late in delivery and put incorrect information. They display their pricing in aed based on my region and due to their way of the mark conversion (7% difference) rates my order crosed the limit were i have to pay 25% over the price. If i had known that their lack of knowledge would reach to that extent i would never have dealt with them. It is unethical to put different pricing on your website but these people dont want to improve themselves.

Buyer has refused to pay import duties, we always state import duties are at the buyers expense. Hence why the order has yet to be delivered, as they refuse to pay them. No incorrect information was given on the order, buyers order came out to £199 and a few pence, which is rounded up to £200 by default on Royal Mail click and drop. So coincidently, has decided to review bomb me on every platform possible, as they didn't want to pay

The verified card was from a board…

The verified card was from a board games from 2020, charizard or no it's part of a boardgames, scammers never got any rairs, after messaging them about this they made me more angry, will never never order from here again. I will be putting a pic of what I got for a £40 odd pound silver ter box on social media along with a screen shot of there respone
If I could put a picture up of what it's worth I would, if u download dragon shield is stats low €3.50 and typical price €6.11, but wait for it on a great day its worth €10, everyone that reads this can download the app and check for them selfs, calling me a lier The cheek

Unfortunately, the buyer didn't seem to understand what they were purchasing even though it was written out clearly below :( The value was completely there in what they purchased, as described in the follow up message which made them 'more angry'. Rares were included, so that is also a lie, at least be honest :( The main reason they seemed to be disappointed was that they already owned the PSA graded card which they received, which we obviously are not aware of what is already in the collection, was a PSA Charizard from Battle Academy. We have sold many of these in the past and never heard any negative things until now, just one of those things I suppose

Amazing Very Happy

Bought a grade 9 and 10 Rapidash Full Art Pokemon Graded Cards for my niece and nephew excellent. Communication was good Delivery was fast.

Over the moon

Received my pokemon mystery bundle box today. Yes it was a little late but that couldn’t be helped with the Royal Mail strikes. Worth the wait my son is going to be over the moon thank you

Thanks for leaving this review. As you can see from the tracking which I provided you, due to the postal strikes and holiday period, the item was only received by the Royal Mail sorting office on the 23rd. You made no attempt to contact us either and only waited 2 posting days (due to strikes) after the item was sent to leave the review :(

The product was clearly described, never are you guaranteed a graded card in a £50 mystery box. Clearly states that all products won't be English. You also received no Chinese cards, only Japanese and English :(
