Just a short note to extend my appreciation and admiration of the attention and time Jay Kang at TK Property Group took in respect to my timely requirement for a studio/1 bedroom flat in Liverpool. I was doing so as a would-be owner occupier but I can also see how Jay and team would be an excellent partner for the majority who approach, particularly new build projects, for investment purposes.

Even though I ultimately found a solution elsewhere, this was purely down to budget constraints and timing issues on my side but I was impressed by the breadth of options Jay showed me. Moreover, to his absolute credit, Jay was actually helpful in answering questions I had in the broader search and was sincerely happy for me when I did advise him of my solution elsewhere. I found this last point particularly refreshing in what is of course a super competitive landscape.

I recently exchanged contracts on my first purchase - and Jay Kang has been instrumental and absolutely brilliant throughout.
Having been monitoring the property market for the best part of 18 months I finally decided to take the plunge.
I had made multiple enquiries over the past couple of months - but did not feel comfortable with the level of information I was being given. I was also put off by agents from other groups who were trying to push developments I did not believe in.
That was until I spoke to Jay. Within hours of speaking to him I had put down a reservation fee on a property in Manchester.
